Very good location. Great parking. Beds and pillows needs some love and attention. Kept rolling to the middle of the double bed and pillows weirdly shaped. Bathrooms, kitchen and living area, very nice and clean. Would stay there again. Would give it a very good to excellent rating if beds were better.

We stayed here for one night. Room was quite big offering small kitchenette, double sofa bed, dining table, lounge,to. Master room was quite big with good wardrobe/storage space. Bathroom was huge but shower over bath, which is my pet hate.....comfortable bed. Nice view out the window of the mountains either side. Car parking is tight. Lift is tiny, but you...

The St James apartments are in a great location but felt tired and need refurbishing. The sofa was threadbare and worn and there were old socks under one of the cushions. We had a one bedroom with a rollaway in the lounge area. The pillows on the master bed smelt AWFUL and I had to remove them during the night...

I was greeted with warm welcome back at check in by one of the staff member. Were shown to the apartment as well. It was really nice of him. The apartment I got has everything I need. Kotchen to self cater, spa bath to relax and comfortable bed to sleep in. Amazing experience. I look forward for my next trip...

This is our first time to queenstown, came across this apartment online, have a look at their review in booking.com and decided to book this apartment. The price was right, the apartment is clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The whole family were planning to stay for 2 more nights unfortunately they can not accomodate us because they were fully booked....

We thoroughly enjoy our stay again at st james apartments. Special thanks to the owner who upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment free of charge, that definitely made our trip memorable. We have plenty of space for our family to roam around. We will definitely keep coming back to stay with you.

We had the misfortune of being fogged in in Wellington and needed to change six accommodations from one night to another night. Five out of six of the hotels and/or BnB's we had booked were willing to change the reservation to a different night. This was the ONLY accommodation that absolutely refused to work with us. We offered to stay...

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago, before and after a hike. The first room we had was an executive room. The fittings were good, there are a number of good things like plenty of space, heated towel rack, under floor heating, comfy bed, kitchen facilities, good location. However at 10pm at night someone from the apartment above, which...

Enjoyed being so close to the centre of town. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment which had most things going for it. If you wanted to cook, you had a stove and microwave plus crockery etc. However, the water pressure in the kitchen was poor. Also the reception desk wasn't always manned. Otherwise it was okay.
