Nice size room with a comfy bed and good shower. Wonderful views of Queenstown! The location is good if you have a car. The hill does seem steep for walking, but we had a car so didn't try it out. Wifi is free, but we really couldn't get it to work well. So, be sure to note the check-in time...

If you were after a B&B that consists of say two or three units that is part of a house but still private enough (as we were) then this is not for you. Coronet View is a two storey building to the rear but overlooking the owners house. It comprises 11 or 12 units of varying size and a large...

As soon as I got out of the taxi and gathered my bags, I was immediately welcomed by one of the owners as he was rushing up the stairs from the main reception. A typical Kiwi; down to earth, friendly and a great sense of humour (unfortunately I don’t remember his name). The owner gave me a thorough welcome induction...

Recently stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely views from the balcony, and clean, well-equipped rooms. The owners were friendly and helpful. Wifi was not the fastest, but fine for checking email and other small tasks. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this large B and B/ Vacation Apartment unit. It is located part way up the wooded mountain, thus the great views, but a steep walk home from town. Rooms were good, and there was a lovely lounge with comfortable furniture and great views. After being on a cruise ship for a lengthy time and...

Fabulous location 10 mins walk from the centre of Queenstown. Be prepared for a stiff walk up hill on the way back. Gorgeous views of the mountains with glimpses of the lake too. Comfortable rooms. Don't choose this one for the included continental breakfast, you'll find good coffee n bakery items elsewhere. Beware the wrath of the owner if you...

I highly recommend the Coronet View B&B and Apartments. My wife and I booked a studio apartment here for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. The studio was very spacious, and was clean and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was fully equipped with pots and pans and cooking utinsels for cooking meals. There...

We could not have made it without a car. The climb up was simply too steep, with or without luggage. We stayed for 2 nights and nobody came to clean our room, so I guess it was not part of the deal. We had to buy bottled water from the supermarket as there was a bad melted plastic taste to...

My family truly enjoyed this unique property. We stayed in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment. The entire unit was very well appointed. The views were impressive and the short walk to town was lovely. If you are ever in Queenstown, this is a great place to settle in with a family. Thank you for the great experience!

Our family stayed in the B&B component of the Coronet for 2 nights in January. It was a fabulous experience. The location was fantastic--close enough to town to walk, but a world away in terms of privacy. Our room was incredible. Very comfortable bed (one of the best I've ever slept in!) Great space in room #9 for a family...
