We received a warm welcome and found our room to be clean but very cramped. The bathroom was clean but dated and the sink has quite a generous crack in it. The extractor fan sounds like a commercial one used in a restaurant, it's so loud. The walls are very thin and noise was a problem from outside. The laundry...

Hello Laura Thank you for your comments. Regarding the laundry the price is $8 per wash and dryer and we supply soap powder which is common practice in all motels to charge a laundry fee. Regarding your room this room is about to get a full make over kitchen, bathroom carpet etc , it takes time . We are aware the...

Great location, hosts Kay and Robin very friendly, helpful and accommodating - room modern, comfortable and double glazed windows very quiet. short walk down hill into town, uphill on way back but worth the walk. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay there again

Fantastic stay, the owners are lovely and make you feel very welcome. The apartment had stunning 180 degree views of the forest accross the lake and to the mountains. The walls are a little thin and had a young family next to us which were quite loud, but generally it was quite peacefull. The bathrooms are small and a bit...

I stayed in this motel for two nights. This motel is situated in Stanley Street which goes to center of the town. Airport bus no. 11 stops just 50 m away from this property. It is slightly upside hilly terrain. Center of the town five minutes’ walk away. Other attractions like Gondola, Kiwi Birdlife are within walking distance. Queenstown can...

Thank you for your review .All motels have office hours we are not open 24 hours like Hotels, therefore we need to advise our guest where there key and room will be if arriving after reception is closed and also where to leave the key if leaving early this is not uncommon practice. Regarding 1.8% on credit cards this again is...

Caples Court has great location- we did not move our car the whole time of our stay. We stayed at room 11 which is the only one without a view, but it was the best for us - parking was just outside the door, the room was very comfortable, it was cleaned every day & we paid less than for...

We selected Caples Court after considering several other hotels and motels in Queenstown. Having a room with lake view and centrally located was high on my agenda and Caples Court offered both at a reasonable price. We loved having the views of the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu out the front window/balcony, and the view of Coronet Peak and the gondola...

Stayed here with a friend in October 2016. It is good value and in a great location with a very short walk to central Queenstown. Requires a short walk up a hill to get back (keep in mind Queenstown is a very hilly town in places). The rooms were great and spacious, kitchen and sitting area also spacious, with a...
