The location is very good with great views over the lake and mountains. We were in a large group and stayed in two bedroom apartments which had large living areas and balconies. Some areas were looking a little tired and some maintenance may be required. Our rooms did not seem to have any ventilation so were very hot overnight, I...

Location was fantastic as were the staff that we dealt with. Our room was average at best with a strange shared balcony and the walls were so thin that you could hear everything from the rooms on either side and from the hallway and I mean everything!!!

Great service by all! Really enjoyed the area and was made even easier and more wonderful by staying here. Lovely continental breakfast, great value! The building layout was slightly confusing but good all the same.

As regular visitors to Queenstown, we always stay at Peppers. The lakeview apartments have stunning views over Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. As always our rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a gas log fireplace for colder nights and a full kitchen cmplete with coffee machine and complimentary pods. Plenty of car parking available and you really don't...

Our stay was not as we hoped having stayed in many places since being in New Zealand. It was a performance getting to our room on the 9th floor. It involved using 2 lifts in 2 separate buildings, having to go outside the building to get from one to the other. We were amazed & annoyed to have to pay...

Room and lounge area were very well set up. Great view from the balcony. The young lady at reception was great to deal with and helpful. Hotel is very handy to town and all the restaurants, Would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely hotel. Our stay was comfortable and it was conveniently located the perfect distance from town that it was convenient enough, but at the same time enough of a walk to work off a bit of dinner on your way back. Our only real gripe was our inability to moderate the temperature of the room! We found the room...

Room was tired, so was staff. Not as represented on website. Great views! Could be a great venue....but it is not. I have stayed multiple nights on at least 7 occasions. This is my second unsatisfactory stay. I will not be staying there on our next visit. Street noise from the upper street made a good nights sleep impossible without...

Loved that it's just 5 mins away from town but tucked far enough in a quite location. The staff were very friendly and efficient as they strive to provide us the best possible service. However, there's still heaps of room for improvement. For the price we paid, WIFI should have been provided free as this seem to be a very...

The location of this hotel is great, as it's an easy stroll to the city centre. For the price that you pay though I just don't think it's worth it. Wifi is $15 per day!! The cleaners do a slap happy job of cleaning the rooms. He bathrooms are tiny (esp for a 2 bedroom unit).. I love Queenstown, but...
