There was no staff after 8.30 at night, although when present they were very friendly and helpful. Staff were also great at booking and recommending venues, it's just the name hotel is a misnomer. As an example.....we sit in a communal area at reception at 9.00 pm eating some cheese we purchased and drinking wine we also bought earlier, but...

Stayed here in September and it was good to go. Really good staff that helped with everything and where in the ball with what to do. Included was wine and cheese at night which everyone took full advantage of. Rooms are good especially the glass roof in the shower that allows you to look straight up the mountain.

My husband and I stayed at Queenstown Park boutique Hotel in September and had a fantastic experience. We stayed in one of the rooms with the skylight shower which was awesome. The service was fantastic and included information on where to eat and visit and complimentary wine and canapés from 6-7pm in the evening by the fireplace. The room was...

The staff at Park Boutique Hotel as well as all of its facilities made my stay at Queenstown one of my highlights of my trip to New Zealand. My friends and I were super well taken care of, from accommodation related matters to better optimize our stay and experience in Queenstown. Highly recommend!

We managed to get a last minute booking (very lucky) for three nights during Christmas week. A great place if you are looking for a much more intimate hotel experience. Good things to mention: the personal service, private parking, outstanding breakfast food and handy (easy 5 minute walk) location to the centre of town, plus free internet wifi. Less good...

It is a handsome hotel. The location is perfect for us at around 150-200 yards from the beginning of the town centre. Our ground floor room was a good size, stylish and very nicely furnished. The bathroom glass wall is a bit of a gimmick perhaps but not a problem as there is a full length curtain. One of the...

The Park Boutique hotel in Queenstown is a hidden gem. It is very posh/chic hotel that is very contemporary and cozy. Highlights: 1. Location - only a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Queenstown. Also, the Skyline Gondola to the overlooking peak is conveniently close to the hotel as well. 2. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with...

We spent three nights at the QPBH. The hotel was very conveniently located which was a short walking distance from the main part of town. The staff was very friendly. Since it is only a seventeen room hotel it is very quaint. There is a nightly social hour from 6-7 where all of the guest get a chance to meet...

The evening drinks and canapés are a nice way to meet other guests ,or sit and reflect on a busy day . The rooms are light and airy with a large comfortable bed . Breakfast is freshly made...
