I really enjoyed my stay at the Village Inn Hotel. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. They offered breakfast as well which was lovely. Highly recommend this Inn if you need accommodation after visiting Milford Sound.

The hotel was included in our self-drive tour. It definitely was a step down from our other hotels. Odd and outdated decor. Small "queen " bed. Impossibe to take a shower without getting water everywhere. Noisy because of the layout of the rooms.

We booked our evening meal for the second night as we were told thy could not offer us a meal on our first night. Shortly afterwards they rang room to say they had a big party of Chinese arriving and so cancelled our booking. Need I say more. We had a very enjoyable meal elsewhere but wondered why as paying...

A somewhat weird 'motel' looking as if the top half of its buildings had had a paint job ready for a cowboy movie. Room was vast. TV was old and had hardly any channels. There was some crockery but no cutlery. Nice to see a bath, rare these days. Well placed for town and lake

This motel could be so good. It has a great location, close to town and the lake and the girl in reception was friendly and efficient. But oh dear, shabby old carpet, old bed spreads, old duvet, outdated bathroom fixtures with hot tap very hard to turn off and toilet taking ages to flush. Shower curtains should be a thing...

It is located near the Pier and supermarket. However, the room is out dated with vantage style curtain. We are assigned to a room to 2 twin beds. Very small. The mattress is very soft. Also found hairs in the bed that were not mine. :(

What a great place to stay. Came off the Kepler Track and this was heaven. Great price too. Had a bath for my wife which made her very happy. Recently renovated to a very high standard. Close to the shops and restaurants.

Easy to find, close enough to the town and eateries / pubs / shops to be convenient but far enough away to avoid the traffic and noise. The room was quiet despite a couple of small groups in the hotel and comfy. There is a restaurant on the premises but I chose to eat at various places around town for...

We arrived quite late in the day "off the street" and were attended to quickly and politely. We stayed in a lovely room and it was very reasonably priced. The room was very clean, pleasant and quiet. Beds were comfy, the room well appointed and I would have loved to stay longer. We were delighted to find a bath in...

The room like a home. Located in central of that town, there are some shops, restaurants, supermarket nearby, and you could drive to real-journey office just 5mins. If you would have breakfast, lunch or dinner at hotel, they could make it. They got separated bath and toilet, even thought its a little bit small. Hope you will enjoy your trip.
