The ideal find for our Te Anau stay. 4 well appointed rooms all with little outside sitting areas and looking to the lake and mountains. Good parking. A shared lounge and dining area with a good library of local reference books and tea, coffee and home baking . Breakfast cooked to requests with a continental option as well . Free wifi. Several km from the main town so more suited to car travellers . Owned and managed by our host Hannah for whom nothing was too much trouble. We handed over our laundry bag and back it came later in the day all done.

Hannah was a great hostess and put a lot of time and effort into making every guests stay special. There was a dining room and patio that guests could use, with tea/coffee making facilites, a fridge and various free snacks/drinks for the guests. Breakfast was lovely. Hannah listened to what each guest was thinking of doing, and came back with ideas, routes, tips etc to make each day more special.Loved it, loved it, loved it. Thanks Hannah

Fabulous B&B for a luxury stay in Te Anau. So many thoughtful touches make this an exceptional experience. We stayed just one night but could happily have moved in forever! The breakfast was delicious. Everything absolutely sparkling clean.

My partner and myself decided to stay an extra night in Te Anau after the milford sound cruise and found the Dunluce BnB online. The room was beautiful and clean and had an amazing view of the lake/mountain. Hannah was an amazing hostess an made us feel like we were at home, with greeting us when we arrived to giving us a run down on the best place for dinner to cooking us an amazing breakfast. We will definitely be back to stay!

The Dunluce B&B is the perfect complement after three nights in a DOC hut. Hannah made us feel so at home and was the perfect host. Delicious breakfast and super comfortable room. The spa bath was perfect after the Milford Sound tramp. Stunning views across the water to the mountains. A very peaceful retreat that ensured our first visit to Te Anau was memorable.
