We stayed here for two nights and had an amazing time. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble from the minute we arrived. Great views from the room and the best breakfast we have had throughout our entire trip. Tom & Ellie

We were there on July 2016 on our honeymoon, we spent two nights and everything was amazing. The room is big and full-equipped, and has got incredible views to the lake and the mountains. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful, and they provided us with all the information for our trip, including hiking advices, trip recommendations, dinner reservations, etc....

Lovely modern accommodation, spacious rooms with stunning views of Lake Te Anau. Our hosts Philippa and Mark made us feel very welcome. Yummy home baking along with a hearty cooked breakfast. We walked into town, approximately 15 minutes. We would definitely stay again and would recommend the experience to fellow travellers.

My partner and I spent a couple of nights here and was definitely the best bed and breakfast we have came across. Mark and Philippa are wonderful hosts, and the breakfast is delicious! Would highly recommend!

The new owners Philippa and Mark were moving in when we arrived for our 2 night stay. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms, but there is a guests' lounge with tea & coffee and wine and fruit juices in the fridge. The rooms are comfortable with quality furnishings. Breakfast was very good, with hot items cooked to...

Pip and Mark are absolutely lovely. We checked in early for our two night stay and it was not a drama. The room and ensuite were well appointed and the views out the floor to ceiling Windows to Te Anua lake were just beautiful. Pip recommended a beautiful restaurant for a birthday meal and Mark set out our trip to...

It is always difficult for new owners taking over an existing operation. The accommodation is excellent as is the breakfast and the choice. I had a good welcome with lots of information given and help offered, but contact thereafter, except at breakfast, was limited - door shut and lights off in the hallway and guest area at 8.15p.m. one night....

Had a great 3 night stay at Dunluce. Fantastic views from all the bedrooms. Very friendly couple, Phillipa and Mark. There are always freshly made muffins for breakfast and home make cakes and treats for the guests. I don't want to leave! Great accommodation and so peaceful at night

We booked the Dunluce as a base to continue our journey from Queenstown to Milford Sound. The new owners just took over the B&B the week before and while we could still feel the presence of the previous owners (name, history of the place, aura), the couple who is running it is friendly and very welcoming. They shared wonderful tips...

We stayed at this B&B for two nights on our 12 day drive holiday through the South Island. New owners Phillippa and Mark were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Bed was very comfortable. Little extras like chocolates and sweets were great. Breakfast was delicious also. Thoroughly recommended.
