The rooms are clean. They are a little run down, but whadda ya expect for $40 per night? The accommodation are prefabs out the back of the pub. There's an ensuite bathroom. The rooms are a little musty but opening windows fixed that. The bar staff are friendly. This is just fine for a few days. The pub had a...

We stayed with a large group of motorcyclists on Easter Saturday. Our room slept two to four people in beds and bunk beds and had an en suite shower/toilet facility with soap and towels provided. The beds were very comfortable and made for a restful night. The hotel has a full evening meal menu. I chose lamb shank which came...

McManus hotel is an old establishment with relocatable rooms added on the back. It was very clean and well laid out. Staff were very friendly and helpful and sorted a small problem we had very quickly and cheerfully. Very quiet. We enjoyed our stay

We booked a room here for two nights, as other accommodations were fully booked due to a marathon in town. The available reviews were very positive. Let me help you avoid our mistake. The 'motel' was an afterthought to the tavern and consisted of rooms that I would not have let my pet stay in. Generally dingy, poorly maintained, paper-thin...

I'm not sure why a bar like this sell there drinks so expensive, do they not know if they sell them cheaper then more would be...

I stayed for 1 night in the McManus Hotel but I can honestly say that if I had the luxury of extra time, I would have stayed for longer. The accommodation is excellent value for money and the fish and chips on offer in the bar is mouth-watering. The staff make you feel like you're a long-lost friend and the...
