I stumbled upon this gem whilst looking for places to stay in Batehaven for a night. Host Herbert and Elizabeth are very warm and welcoming people. The whole place has a warm feeling to it, located on 82 acres away from grind surrounded by bushland contains a tennis court, BBQ area, Table tennis, Archery and a pool. Wifi is way...

Absolutely gorgeous chalet set amongst bushlands and close to the beach. Hosts, Elizabeth & Herbert, were warm and welcoming. We went for a bushwalk around the large property and enjoyed a swim and spa. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the chalet had the most lovely European feel. We highly recommend Chalet Swisse Spa.

The owners were very friendly. The location was great, we even saw kangaroos in the area. But the furnitures were out of date and the place is quite pricey. There is a lot to do in the venue for outdoor people.

Dear Guest, As Chalet Swisse Spa is a traditional European Country Guesthouse we are reluctant to change the style of building and furniture. We get many comments of guests appreciative of the different kinds of wood used in the architecture - in contrast to chrome and glass - and the wall murals of 18th century European scenes and traditional decor....

A gem in the area. You feel like you are staying with family in Europe. Great value. Clean and comfortable. Welcoming hosts. Great facilities. Would stay there again. Beautiful bush environment only minutes to the beach.

We had a pleasant stay at Chalet Swiss spa.The hotel is a copy of a swiss chalet with lots of charm. We had a family room, wich was nice and clean with comfortavle beds. We enjoyed the beautiful view over the ocean and the forest .The owners where very nice and friendly and made an effort to make us comfortable.

Dear Helnii, Thank you very much for your kind response. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and that you appreciated the comfortable beds, liked the views over the ocean & islands, and enjoyed our bush/rainforest walks. What about the heated indoor pool and spa, where you spent many hours with a lot of fun? Pity, you ran out of...

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights, and we had a very warm welcome and relaxing stay. The Chalet is up on the hill away from the town, and there is a variety of accommodation. We stayed in the self-contained spa cabin, which is for couples rather than family accommodation - which is right on the edge of...

My sister and I were looking forward to a few restful days on the South Coast after a hectic year. We booked a twin room at the Chalet Swisse Spa. Only to find on arrival that the only room available was a queen size. The room itself was old and very tired, in need of a desperate make over. We...

Isn't it amazing that we get so many satisfied and happy reviews and then comes one where the booker does not get their way and then everything is wrong. The lovely balcony room was booked through an agency by two sisters, as a room with one queen size bed and with balcony and ocean views. On arrival one of the...

I wasn't sure what to expect booking this place, we arrived late and the introductory 'tour' of the property was interesting, we didn't get to look around much but the property looked stunning in the Batemans Bay Hinterland - Our room was small and the shower struggled a little at first but seemed ok in the morning, the bed was...

Four kms to the closet beach, eleven kms to the main restaurants in the town and abounding with wildlife makes this chalet a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a holiday resort area. The hosts are very attentive and serve a tasty continental breakfast. Greg and Chris.
