Loved this stay. roomy accommodation with lots of character without being twee. Lovely garden and the tennis and pool were lovely to use on our last day. Nice and central to many vineyards and restaurants. We stayed here to see Paul Kelly for a Day on the Green concert series. British family are very charming and easy going. The only...

We stayed at Carriages for 2 nights. We were greeted warmly by staff and offered a wine tasting before we went to our room. Our small room at the end of the building was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was a picnic basket filled with scrumptious goodies. Nestled well off the road in the Bush, it was lovely and quiet. A...

We stayed at the Carriages one night on a Tuesday in October to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. It is located in a very secluded area surrounded by trees and vine yard - very quiet. It is an old house (or two houses joined together?) with a large balcony along the front of the house. On arrival, we enjoyed our...

A group of us visited Carriages on a concert weekend. Everything about Carriages is 10/10. The owners couldn't go out of their way to assist us. The rooms were beautiful and the verandah was a great spot to sit with a glass of wine. The breakfast basket delivered each morning was yum - fresh croissants, cereal, fruit and more. We...

We stayed in a verandah room which was clean comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed the breakfast hamper that was delivered to our door each morning. The room has a kettle, toaster , toaster oven and fridge. Down side is you do have to prepare your own breakfast so this may not appeal to all.

We stayed 2 nights mid-week in the beautiful loft room at the Carriages Boutique Hotel. The location is extremely secluded and picturesque, right in the heart of the Hunter Valley. The room had everything we were looking for, very comfortable and peaceful. Beds were great with a lovely open fire. The breakfast basket, delivered to your door, was an amazing...

We recently stayed here as part of a group. The property is nice, well located and clean. Our bathroom was a bit dated and had some wear and tear damage. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was ok but a bit underwhelming considering the tariff. We were reasonably happy with our stay but in our opinion the...

My husband and I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in this charming B&B. The hospitality of the staff was very warm and welcoming. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed, yet off the main roads so it felt like a quiet and secluded retreat. The breakfast basket that was delivered to our room each morning was...
