I had a 3 night long weekend booked with my daughter. The weather was terribly, which could not be helped. However we did still get to enjoy swimming in the indoor heated pool, this has always been a big draw card for us to stay at the Observatory. Usually we also enjoy walks however weather did not permit this.

Great place to stay in a beautiful location-family and friends fully agree! All our stays in all types of accommodation have had lovely views and were well appointed in addition to other hotel amenities.

Position very good, however traffic noise part of the room with view. Undercover parking good. Staff efficient however not friendly. Hotel room obviously owned privately with lock on one wardrobe door. Very tired balcony artificial plants and painting on wall. Housekeeping needs a review as there's more to a quick bathroom clean and making a bed. Entry to hotel room...

We booked a 2 bedroom unit, for 4 Adults. Only one bathroom for 4 Adults and the toilet was in the bathroom, awkward. No fans or air conditioning in any of the rooms, only in the lounge room, which doesn't' help much at night when it's stinking hot. Certainly would not book here again, disappointed with the experience.

A very well appointed hotel with fantastic views of Town Beach in our one bedroom ocean view apartment. Ticks all the boxes for a very comfortable & happy stay. Five star accommodation equivalent to city standards of a major hotel.

We would book another holiday at the Mantra Observatory and recommend it. Room 4.05 is very spacious and has views overlooking the park and a panoramic view of "Town Beach". The park opposite has a few Norfolk Pines that we all commented on and although adds to the scenery they do also interrupt the views, but you can still appreciate...

Reception was worst ever.Complaint system can't handle the complaint. Not enough space. We were left out in the rain as the booking system was inadequate. Not let in through the door until credit crd detail supplied over door phone and even then such was wrongly recorded resulting in an inconvenient follow up phone call after departure.

Overall a good experience, apart from the dismal wifi signal in room 104. I did mention this to the receptionist on the 1st and 2nd night of my stay, but it didn't improve. Clean rooms, good amenities and safe!

We have stayed numerous times and will continue to stay here. The service is excellent. Can't be faulted. My family have stayed here on our recommendation and they are repeat visitors. If I could I would buy a unit and live there.
