Stayed first time and it was good. Rooms are very clean. Mattress is good and bathroom modern. Only down turn was the walls are too thin. But for a business stay ok. Hotel offers free WiFi and has great amenities incl secured car parking ( for additional cost ). Did not check out on restaurant. Will visit again

Great Hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful and always willing to assist in any way. Restaurant in Hotel is amazing, food and service excellent, would be one of the best Accor Hotels for food. The service in Restaurant and Bar is first class as is the Staff.

Stayed here for one night. Everything was as expected. Arrived early and a room was found for me. Reasonable nights sleep. Breakfast was good and set me up for the day. In all just as expected for an hotel in a regional town. Lots of eating options nearby.

Stayed at the Mercure Centro for 4 nights to compete in the Ironman Australia event. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful to arrange taxis and provide tips. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The hotel is very well located in the centre of Port Macquarie so perfect to explore the area

The hotel itself is nice, comfortable and good location. Nice furniture. However the internet was confusing and so annoying we didn't bother using it. Also, parking cost 10 AUD a day. About the internet: First off, the interface for logging in indicated that only 1 hour was free. After calling reception it turns out we can use the password from...

This was our third stay at this hotel and it was great, as always. This time we upgraded to a spa room, and it was well worth it. Large comfortable room with good appointments. The central location means you can leave the car parked, and walk to a number of venues. Check in staff were very efficient. Will be back...

The restaurant was very disappointing, My husband oreded the fish of the day which having fresh local fish on their doorstep they only had overseas fish on offer. I ordered a ranch salad which was terrible. It was70% filled...

We stayed here for a stopover on the way down the coast and it's perfectly located for an easy stroll around town. It's priced as expected for a 3 star and in the heart of town. The rooms are actually a good size, with a work desk and armchair for guests in your room. The balcony is also bigger than...

Stayed here one night as a family with two teenage boys - they don't have rooms that have enough beds to sleep 4 so we had a queen and a sofa bed which limited the space in the room. However the room appeared to be recently renovated and bed was comfortable enough. Not a waterfront hotel, a short one block...
