Stayed here back in April. Customer service was fantastic! Arrived in the evening after a long bus ride got a room right away. Room was very clean! When I asked where the closest Laundromat was, I was told don't worry about it we can do it, free of charge. (They do not have laundry service I believe he just did...

Placed fairly centrally in Mackay this Motel provides great facilities that were clean and the stay was quite comfortable. Excellent place to overnight in with plenty of close restaurants to grab a bite. Super friendly receptionist worth having a conversation with.

I made an online booking and was announced that the reception would be closed at my scheduled arrival time. So I contacted the hotel and was gueranteed things would be working out nevertheless - and how they did! Keys placed as described, A/C running on a hot Queensland evening and the friendly owner had (in addition to coffee, tea and...

The room had tea and coffee microwave and fridge. The room had a queen and single bed was clean and tidy. Arrived very early in the morning on the train and there was a key left for us. They don't do breakfast and the shop around the corner doesn't open Saturday. The Motel is close to the town walking distance...

My daughter and I stayed in a deluxe queen room and for the price we paid we were amazed at how modern, clean and spacious it was. It also has a microwave, cutlery and crockery (unlike a lot of motels) and exceptional service!! WILL BE BACK!!

You could not hear any traffic noise from the roads around. Receptionist was really nice and helpful. Was a delight to stay and would do so again...

Nice little motel well maintained although an older building but due to it's small size it is quite cosy and perfect for an overnight. The rooms are fairly well appointed with some nice small touches that make you feel welcomed. The owners are very friendly and helpful they made reservations for our dinner next door at the Chinese restaurant. The...

Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a microwave, crockery and cutlery. Free wifi runs at a good speed. Water pressure in the shower is excellent. Very central location in Mackay. Close to a large number of shops, cafes, etc. and a major shopping centre only a few blocks away. Grounds (Carpark) was clean, but the area set aside for smokers, whilst clean, stunk. The room was clean with all the normal appliances. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Central location. This is a nice clean Motel in Mackay, that is very central. The Manager / owner was very nice, friendly and professional. As I had arrived early, he allowed me to check in early, about mid-day, which is great customer service. He also offered to book a taxi for me to get me to the airport. I requested...
