This old house has potential to be a nice place but needs to try harder. Firstly the place is spacious with modern benefits of cooling and heating, tv and radio. The bedroom layout really doesn't work though, with random room, bed and bathroom locations and very limited wardrobe space. The bathroom and kitchen are very dated with limited facilities. One...

1. Filthy carpet covered by Persian rug with turned up corners as a trip hazard; 2. Electric kettle - what looked like ash residue inside; 3. No hot water connected to kitchen or toilet (located in laundry) wash basin. 4. Coffee in jar - rock hard. Sugar in jar complete with coffee. 5. Bread for toast - 8 slices wrapped...

We booked the Federation suite. Arrive late at night freezing and have no idea how to get in. Lucky a family living next to the B&B helped us and directed us to the office. Walked there in the middle of the night to get keys... not a good start... The suite is rustic looking but clean, comfortable and very spacious...

The stay was way to short to enjoy all this beautiful B&B had to offer. Will stay there again and again. A bottle of wine and chocolates welcomed us. We even slept in as the main bedroom was nice and dark - even a chandelier. Variety of breakfast items provided. Very neat and tidy. Thanks for leaving the light on to...

Arrived in the dark on a wet and windy night - it sound like the start of a bad book! Keys are kept in a combination key safe by the door. Unfortunately the light over the door was not on so you could not see the numbers on the combination lock. I had to angle the car so the headlights...

We booked the Burgundy suite and the property was as described, but neither the Lounge or main bedroom had windows to the outside. The main bedroom window opening onto the hall and bathroom. The second bedroom with two bunk beds is accessed off the lounge. The bathroom was well equipped and covered parking was right outside the entrance door. The...

We found this lovely house by accident but it was awesome. Beautifully furnished, immaculately presented, it was well equipped with a separate outdoor area including spa. Michelle has beautifully renovated & furnished a large old house, which has been turned into 3 apartments. This was an incredible find and one of the apartments would prob suit almost any travelling combination...
