Hotel was in a great location and staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The rooms were pleasant and had all the basics. However, the decor was a little outdated. For example, the TV was a fuzzy old rear projection model and the aircon was a noisy portable one. The bathroom was well appointed and tastefully decorated. Overall, a nice hotel...

Lack of parking and reception couldnt care to give you any suggestions or alternatives, wasted an hour just to find parking and check in. Windows dont close properly, windy day so we had a nice wind draft on a windy day. Luckily we visited ona cool day as the portable air con box is as loud as a turbine! Room...

The location was terrific as we were able to walk to many tourist spots and enjoy the CBD. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful particularly in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast and the food in the restaurant was good. The room was neat and clean with a comfortable bed, though the air conditioning in the room was not the best....

Room was small, unbelievably hot (found out the exhaust of the loud portable air con in the room had disconnected and was filling the room with hot air. Turned it off and opened a window - way more pleasant). Room wasn't the cleanest - litter hidden near bin, hair in shower. Not worth the price anyway especially after staying at...

The best thing about my stay was being able to walk to a lot of things, I was only there for a weekend but the tours i did involved drinking alcohol so it was important, friendly staff that were more than happy to help, I would definitely stay with them again

Right in the CBD. Walking distance to most things. The buffet breakfast was very good. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Had a refurbished room. The rooms were neat. The bathrooms were a decent size and well laid out but a little dirty. The airconditioning was inadequate and noisy so did not have a very good nights sleep.

Room was clean but very tired. Furnishings outdated. Bed great, king size and very comfortable. First room we were given had no cups and power point for kettle and hairdryer didn't work. Moved to different room outside a nightclub so very noisy until early hours. Staff friendly and helpful. Misleading placement and labelling of bottled water - thought it was...

Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Great location. The big irritant and the thing that stops this hotel justifying its room rate and its 4 star rating was the air conditioning in the rooms - specifically a ducted unit which was extremely noisy, so noisy in fact that it reminded me of trying to sleep inside a diesel engine room!...

If you choose to stay here don't ear in the restaurant and have breakfast somewhere else. For $27 each when you don't even get real coffee is definitely overpriced. The rooms are all right but the bathroom is pretty ordinary. I was so happy to have a bath but the towel rail is pretty stupid. Once used you can't hang...

We were assigned an already occupied room on check in. May girlfriend had a broken ankle so moving up and down between the front desk was difficult. The air con in the room barely worked so it was uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep. The buffet breakfast was the best part of the stay.
