We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppers. The room was fantastic and the staff were great. It was close to everything we needed, had some great restaurants and great views. I don't thnk it could have been any better for us (it was even sunny the whole time!)

Booking was easy; the room and facilities were first-rate; the restaurants were excellent; parking was convenient; it is central to so many tourist facilities in Launceston; we will be staying there again.

Watching a cockroach crawl up the vanity was not the view we were expecting. City view room meant parking lot view. Parking was at an additional cost which was ridiculous. Room was decent enough but not worth the amount we paid for it.

Lovely relaxing experience with top class accommodation by the water. Highly recommended! Could be a bit expensive for a family budget, however. Rooms were lovely - clean and comfortable. Very courteous and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble for our family wedding celebration. Evening meal was great with a good choice on the menu. Restaurant staff were helpful...

Great location very nice room. Parking was easy, just get a ticket from reception. There are laundary facilities at the hotel which is very useful for travellers. Eat at the on site resturants over looking the harbour or just a 10min walk to a great choice of local resturants.

We just arrived home after a wonderful trip to tassie to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We were so impressed with the friendliness, service and total experience at Peppers I had to write a review. It's not often you get made feel truly special and on this trip we did. Our room was ready early ahead of check-in and the...

Very comfortable, friendly helpful staff. This was a good recovery from the very poor performance of the last Peppers experience at Cradle Mountain. Used as a base for a Tamar Valley Wine trip and the and R and R day. Easy walk to all locations and restaurants

Hi Chris - Thank you for your recent stay. Wonderful to hear you made your way on the Tamar Valley wine trail. Such a great way to see Northern Tasmania. Disappointing to hear your experience at Cradle Mountain was not up to standard. The property was voted last year in the Lonely Planet guide for must see destinations. I will...

The stay was perfect. The executive suit was absolutely magnificent with no faults. Arrived at 9.00pm and when I opened the door, well what a sight. Soft music playing dimmed lighting heating going and a magnificent view over the inlet. This was the start to a magnificent stay. Great location. Was sad to leave this beautiful suite. Best bed I...

We had taken the overnight ferry from Melbourne to Devonport and driven to Launceston in the rain. The reception staff found us a room early in the day which was a relief and told us how to get to certain shops but unfortunately forgot to tell us they were closed due to a public holiday so we had a soaking...

Hi Peter - Thank you for your feedback. Public Holidays in Launceston are typically honored in the traditional fashion where many businesses do close to enjoy the day. The big chains like Myer and the majority of restaurants and hospitality businesses stay open. Thank you for your stay and trust you enjoyed the time in Tasmania.
