I've booked through the Internet and they assured me breakfast was included so It came as a unpleasant surprise when I had to pay for it on the way out. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable and we loved our quiet room and it's view. It would be great if you could include the parking voucher in your fee as...

Parking is in the pay and display directly outside the accommodation which is paid by the hotel and very convenient for carrying cases in. Staff are pleasant & helpful. The living area/combined kitchen has a washer/tumble drier-very useful. Decent size dining table, peaceful overnight although on a week day the main road off to the side is busy first thing...

Peppers was a nice place to stay but definitely not worth $300+ a night which is what we paid, plus parking. The room was nice but not what you would expect for that kind of money. It's just missing the little things that you would expect when paying that kind of money - no one helped us with our bags,...

The Peppers Resort in Launceston is a great place to stay. It is ideally placed by the the Tamar River with great restaurants downstairs. The views up the river are relaxing. I highly recommend visting the Mud Bar Restaurant downstairs.

Lovely location, large room with beautiful view, lots of eateries in and close to building. Enjoyable walk to city center. Well appointed unit with well stocked mini bar and complimentary bottle of water was a cute touch.

Modern hotel on waterfront. Quiet. Lovely spacious room including lounge and spotless bathroom overlooking the seaport. Easy check in. 5 minute walk into town. On site public parking in front of the hotel if a bit expensive.

After trading through the rather chaotic parking and locating the somewhat underwhelming reception area we were efficiently checked into our really delightful waterfront room. Light and airy wth full height windows looking out onto the small marina. Everything modern and clean with everything you might want including kettle for tea and coffee. Bed was extra large and comfy; bathroom was...

Overall peppers seaport hotel is a very nice place to stay. The view and location was perfect. Loved the bathroom and wash products for use. The kitchen was very clean and extremely handy. Room service was great! The only real negatives were the noise of other people slamming the door to their rooms late at night and also having to...

Nothing at all wrong with the room or location. Good size room, comfy bed, good size bedroom. Checked into my room, clearly it had been serviced yet there was an empty used coffee cup and coffee plunger on the coffee table ... and an empty beer bottle in the bin ... so either housekeeping had a sneaky drink after servicing...
