this place is a gem. fantastic service, especially at check in. Room very spacious, really comfy king bed. great views and great location. maybe slightly overpriced- i paid $300 per night- its probably more around $220-$240. but is definitely a good place. needs a spa/pool. food and drinks all good too. would go back.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and it always amazes me. The staff are always friendly and the views are always amazing. Everything is conveniently located and you can always have breakfast, lunch and dinner with views of the river.

A drawback with this hotel is it's location. Boarded by a main road and a river estuary both of which did not offer great views. It is located approx 15 to 20 minutes walk to the CBD for shops and food supplies, not very convenient if you don't have a vehicle. The wharf area contains some restaurants/coffee shops and a...

On our recent stay in a Marina View Room we enjoyed the location, the views and the helpful friendly staff. However we were disappointed in some aspects of the property and did believe that it represented value for money. This was because the suite was not as well equipped as we expected, based on our experience of other Peppers properties....

Thanks Jan - Some great feedback and appreciate your response. Our luxury Suites are designed for 3 persons so we thought appropriate to place 3 sets of plates, cutlery and crockery into each room. A dishwasher is available for washing along with the sink. A clothes dryer is above the washing machine for drying although we do have clothes racks...

Well appointed & spacious apartment within walking distance of city centre. Beautiful river side location. Would definitely stay again. King size bed very comfortable with great quality linens. Great cooking facilities if you're keen to cook otherwise a good range of quality restaurants close by.

I stayed here with my sister and my mother, to celebrate the latter's 85th birthday. Whilst the room was lovely, and we were upgraded to a river view, I was disappointed to find that there was only one bed provided and that the sofa bed was to be made up which my sister and I had to share. I made...

Researching Launceston, I found it quite challenging to figure out the best place to stay. It seemed like a bit of a small selection and the best rated hotels weren't exactly close to each other or similar. Once we arrived, I realized why this hotel is rated so well - location and details! The lobby and rooms I did not...
