Would like to have stayed longer. Everything was ideal. The room was outstanding and extremely well equipped. Staff very helpful; which was appreciated as it was our first visit to Launceston. The restaurant was particularly good.

We really enjoyed the stay. Facilities were great- enjoyed Mudbar as well. As previously mentioned dish brush and detergent would have been useful - however that didn't detract from our stay. We would come again and we would recommend your place.

Thanks Royce - Next time you book put a request in with reception for the washing up detergent. All is available on request. When being left in the room Guests have previously used it in the dishwasher (where soap is provided) cause the machine to malfunction.

All of the staff were most helpful in enabling us to have a restful and most pleasant stay at Peppers and the units were outstanding. A small suggestion - we would have liked Foxtel Sky News to have been added to the Fox Sports package.

Easy to find in Launceston near the river. Easy to park. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was big and clean. Comfortable bed. Our room was for a couple, room to move, watch TV or have a rest. Lovely big bathroom however shower was disappointing. Poor pressure and not hot. could only have the hot tap on and still only just...

Everyone at Peppers was great. We loved our stay and would be very happy to do it all over again any time. Each time we had a question the reception staff were helpful and informative. The room was very big and clean and the view was 'as advertised'.....superb.

From the moment we booked in at reception; where the service couldn't have been more helpful and friendly; then walked into our very well appointed room; yummy breakfast and a non rushed check-out where all our purchases were fully explained. the atmosphere was friendly, classy but not snobby; just perfect for that weekend away.

The receptionist, Brendan I think his name was, was incredibly helpful trying to find us a place to eat dinner late at night. Great service. The rooms were big and very nice. However I had a problem with the internet during the night and a film we were watching stopped and there was no reception staff working during the night...

Thanks Jeremy - We have 24 hour on call service although our reception does close at 11pm our on Duty Manager is able to assist through the evening. The TV issue experienced is very rare and by powering off and powering on the set top box the movies will reboot. Thank you for your compliment on Brendon's service, a key...

Extremely expensive without the perks - our "river view room" which we paid extra for was actually a view of Bunnings and other warehouses. There was no concierge to help us with our bags. The only room service was with a fancy restaurant who refused to accommodate us by changing a dish slightly. No bathrobes. All those little luxuries you...

Don't go for the view. The website looks great as you are looking from the other side of the waterway to Peppers but when you are staying there you are looking out of a concrete batching plant. When we discovered this we asked if we could reduce our stay to 2 nights but they said we would lose our money....

Thank you LPN for your stay - Had you booked your stay with us directly we would be more than happy to refund on request.
