I have stayed several times this year with mixed satisfaction . City facing room very noisy once so now book river facing. This visit service very poor . Reception not staffed and dinner reservation not made.

Hi Wayne - Thank you for your return stay. We have looked into your review and met with our team for improvement. We do feel your experience was isolated and apologise for the disruption. We trust you enjoyed the upgrade from the river view studio to the luxury Suite our premier room.

The manager suggested we walk to the Gorge and it was great advise. We spent 5 hours there and had the use of the car park Really comfy beds, handy for everything. Next trip will be a longer stay - looking forward to returning next year.

I spent a night at Peppers Seaport before and after an outdoor adventure and enjoyed my time at the hotel with its good beds and easy access to the river and city restaurants. Peppers is a great place to stay.

Thank you Peter - I expect your outdoor adventure might have been Overland Track - Cradle Mountain or the Bay of Fires walk. There is now a 3 Capes Track and believe Walls of Jerusalem has just opened. For the outdoor enthusiast these overnight adventures into Australia's untouched wilderness is a certain bucket list experience. Perhaps you will be back...

generally very happy with the quality of the hotel. We feel the charges for parking are not justified in a small city. The rooms are very spacious and provisions make the stay practical. There is an overuse of incense or air freshener used in the public areas.

Peppers Seaport lovely hotel and close to restaurants and Boardwalk. Rooms were clean. Staff helpful. The Mud restaurant had great food especially the fresh oysters. Outlook from the room was nice over the water. An easy walk into town.

We spent four nights here and throughly enjoyed our stay. We require a wheelchair accessible room and this suite was perfect, all internal doors are sliding and wider than normal, all benches purpose built. Our bedroom had views over the marina from two floor to ceiling windows with good drapes for a good nights sleep. There are six good restaurants...

The hotel was in a perfect location. Rooms were beautifully cleaned and very comfortable but the reception staff were exceptional in their professionalism, friendliness and care in researching and answering any question to the fullest. Caitlin and Roslyn were the staff that we dealt with and we thank them sincerely for setting the tone for our stay.

I will start with the one negative - the parking! The hotel does not have it's own parking - you are told to park anywhere in a communal parking lot. I am sure at certain times of day it would be quite difficult to get a spot. Then as I was checking out I was charged $10 for the privilege....
