We had a great time in Launceston and our stay at this hotel definitely contributed to the whole experience. Great location, attentive service. The room was well priced for the space, views and location. Couldn't ask for more.

Can't fault Peppers but walk around to Stillwater for coffee and breakfast. The apples in reception were the best Tassie could offer. Papers free to pick up, platter on arrival was very much appreciated.

Hi Ginny Stillwater is a great tip and for those not familiar with the Launceston Restaurant scene there is plenty on offer. Mudbar at The seaport is a natural recommendation, however if you are staying an extra night step out to Stillwater, Black Cow, Hallam's, cataract on Patterson, Geronimos all a short stroll from the Seaport. We do enjoy bringing...

Fudge left out was all dry and crusty. Bathroom clean had been extremely rushed overall it was a great stay and I would recommend. Would of loved to have actual duvet instead of the heavy blanket thing that was in the bed

Very quiet location, river view was amazing. Upgraded to suite on arrival, which made our stay better. Walking distance to town centre and Cataract Gorge. Suite was clean and serviced each day. Would definitely return.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and amenities were excellent. The king bed was extremely comfy. Great location. There's no room service, so we had to eat in a restaurant near by as Pepper's restaurant had closed early ( it was really quiet). However, would definitely stay there again.

Hi Libby - Thank you for your recent stay. In Room Dinning is available for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and a very rare occurrence for us to be quiet and close early. Usually a busy hub for foodies with the selection of restaurants available and we appologise fro any inconvenience. Great to hear you found a near by restaurant (plenty...

Great place to stay, room and view was very nice. Only let down was having to purchase a pass for each night of my stay to park the car. I would have assumed this would be included in the initial costs

We only stayed one night but loved the location on the water which is close enough to walk into town, around the waterfront & through lovely parks. The room was spacious & comfortable but the bathroom was looking a little tired. Linen & pillows were luxurious. Parking was a bit expensive at $10 for one night. Perhaps complimentary parking could...

Thanks Di - We are always looking at ways to improve. Our bathrooms are a highlight to our rooms and was disappointing to read your feedback on your experience. We have since inspected all rooms and identified one area of a re occurring peeled laminate which may have been the concern. We have since re sealed the offending rooms and...

We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was great. Very spacious, very clean and fresh. The mattress was very comfortable, the pillows great and the towels were big and fluffy. A really well located and well equipped accommodation option, with lovely, welcoming staff. The small details were especially appreciated, like having access to a range of newspapers, an umbrella in our room and a docking station for our iPod was particularly appreciated.
