Quest Launceston is located in the heart of Launceston with access to George street and the many eateries around. There’s a multi storey parking lot opposite the quest that you can get subsidised or free parking from (validated ticket). The room was clean, had all the amenities, the fridge was well stocked and it was modern. The only issue that...

Beautiful building and well furnished with everything you need to be self-sufficient if you want. The great location also allows you to take advantage of the fabulous food on offer just a short walk away in down-town Launceston.

Very good manager and staff. Needs better facilities as no restaurant or bar. The restaurants associated with the hotel are not open all the time or are simply not very good. A lot of potential if money spent

Dear MichaelgW6113AZ, Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. It is great to read that you have liked our service and appreciate our staff. Unfortunately with limited space and being apartment-hotel, we do not have a restaurant on site, hence we have chargeback facilities with few restaurants close by. We had a one bedroom apartment which had everything we needed. Parking is over the road in a car park and Quest give you a voucher to put on the dash so you pay minimal cost. Very convenient location and you can walk to everywhere. The traffic was a little noisy in the evenings when in the bedroom as we...

Great family room, excellent service, top quality overall. The only complaint I had were the showers which had pathetic water pressure and then the bath was tiny and the hot water ran out. I ended up sitting in the bath to wash my hair and getting topped up with hot water from the kettle!

Laundry facilities in the bathroom. Helpful staff on the front...
