3 couples travelled from Sydney to Launceston. Accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel in a good position able to walk around everywhere without use of a vehicle . Staff are very courteous and willing to help and the hotel has a gym.

Rooms was lovely and big, liked that you could go outside on balcony or open door and get fresh air. Only worry was toilet didn't have exhaust fan and was like walking into a cupboard for the toilet. Staff were friendly. Clock bells were ok, not as bad as I thought they may have been from other reviews. Location was...

The Sebel is centrally located with most things in the city in walking distance. Front desk were efficient and courteous. 2nd floor apartment was large and fully appointed with kitchen and laundry facilities although not needed for 1 night stay. Large bed and large bathroom.

Staff were fine, rooms were clean and a decent size. No real complaints but there are a few things people should be aware of if they're not already; * Location is not too far from the town clock, which chimes loudly every hour. * Parking is not provided free of charge * There was no free in-room wifi

I booked accommodation at this Hotel over 12 months before our stay. We booked for 5 nights in a "2 Bedroom Loft Apartment". We were travelling with 2 teenage children so we booked this apartment as it had 2 living areas, so we would have our own space. I have been an ACCOR Member for over 10 years, so chose...

I am very disappointed to read your review and am sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. For the benefit of other readers, I’d like to clarify that the apartment you were unhappy with is a 3 bedroom apartment on two levels which includes a lounge room on the top level connected to a full length balcony....

I travel to Launceston frequently on business and have stayed at all the main hotels, this is now my 'go to' hotel. The location is excellent fight next to the CBD and close to many good restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and professional, happy to help with any request. The rooms are quite spacious and well appointed....

We stayed overnight in a 3 bedroom apartment. The accommodation was clean, warm and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service matched. The apartment would be ideal for a longer stay with excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. We felt safe walking around the CBD area. Parking was easy in the hotel carpark.
