I took my mum to Tassie over Christmas & stayed 2 nights in the Jennifer cottage and really loved it. Would totally recommend it and has everything you need. Right in Launceston so close to everything.

We stayed at Ashton Gate for 2 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer! We were a group of 10 so we took 5 rooms in the house out of the 6 avaliable (we did not take Emma room) Each room were large in size, true to photos. Rooms were well kept and there were tea and coffee...

I stayed here in December 2016 with my partner for an evening, we found our spa suite to be nice and well featured. We appreciated such touches as the big mirrors and the electric towel racks in the bathroom. However, you don't come here for the spa but rather the hospitality and the small touches of warmth the place has...

Good location and easy to find. Meticulously maintained property and friendly welcome. Room was very comfortable with is beautifully prepared breakfast in the morning. Easy to walk into town but a tough walk uphill to get back. Easy to get a taxi and fares very reasonable.

We started our Tasmania visit by spending three nights at the Ashton Gate Guest House. The location is very good -- a ten minute or so walk to the downtown area. The hosts, Craig and Shannon really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was ore than adequate, continental items and a nice selection of hot items cooked to our specification. The...

Launceston is a charming and lovely city in north center of Tasmania. The city is quaint and inviting. We were the only guests for the night during our stay, so that made our experience all the more pleasant. The guest house brings you back in time once you step into the front door. You feel the love the owners have...

We stayed for 3 nights recently. The room was large and had a separate living area. The bathrooms were nice and modern. There was variety in the breakfast choices and was available between 8-9 am. We left early on the last day and the hosts were accommodating, opening up breakfast early at 7:30. The house wasn't too far distance wise...
