With family visitors from N.Ireland we enjoyed very much our overnight stay in Echuca at the delightful Charlotte's Cottage which was very convenient to the centre of this historic port. Rhonda welcomed us, told us about the history of the cottage and cooked our choice of breakfasts which were delicious. Overall accommodation excellent.

A historic house in a quiet street and only a couple of steps to the historic center and the paddle steamer wharf. The rooms are tastefully furnished with good linen an bath amenities provided A lot of charm and kindness from the owners with early breakfast graciously served including freshly squeezed orange juice. Better stay three than only two nights.

We stayed at this B & B over the easter break. Room was spacious with one of the best bathrooms i have encountered at this type of facility. It is very close to the port so we could walk everywhere we needed to go. Rhonda, our host was only a stones throw away so we felt comfortable the entire time....

The loveliest place we stayed in during our recent Australia trip. Pity it was only for one night. The room was clean and well maintained with excellent facilities. Neil was a great host who cooked us a delicious and large breakfast using ingredients planted in the property's garden while sharing the interesting background of Charlotte's Cottage. If you're planning a...

Neil gave us a wonderful warm welcome on arrival and a quick tour of the house along with an interesting history lesson. The building has been beautifully restored and the rooms are all very large (thanks to the fact that it was originally built as a private school) and furnished with gorgeous period furniture. It's a wonderful step back in...

Last month (November) my wife and I returned to Charlotte's Cottage for a second three week stay in this remarkable B&B. The three owners are the most delightful people who make all their guests completely welcome. Nothing is too much trouble, including collection and delivery from the train station for those without a car, and the accommodation provides a most...

We stayed her on Melbourne Cup weekend, so it was for 4 nights. It is an old heritage school house that has been fully renovated. There are 3 rooms all with queen size beds and en-suites.1) Elizabeth's room, has a free standing claw tub. 2) Emily's room also has this tub, but also has french doors to a private courtyard....
