Stayed for two nights, was put in room 15, no window, just a skylight that seagulls liked to walk over. Sunrise was 4.40am and the room was light up. The bed was very low and lumpy, we slept in the single beds for only a few hours per night. The place was very clean and the breakfast was good, but everything else was very unacceptable. The two flights of metal stairs and the front door that was very hard to open, was just an added annoyance. Don’t go there, we definitely will never go again.

Stayed here for 4 nights in August. Room was large with separate ensuite bathroom, fridge, TV, iron, safety deposit, dining area and comfy beds. Breakfast was included....cereal, juice, tea/coffee and cooked option included....eggs, bacon, sausage, beans etc. really good value. Hotel was busy through the day as its a popular drinking/lunch spot. Also offers evening meals which looked good. An older hotel (circa 1800's) but good for her age Centrally located, near Stirling Centre, Bus Station and all that central Bunbury offers.

Accommodation rooms are extremely tired. Needs attention to detail...paint, tissues not provided. Two rooms have no windows. I stayed one night in a windowless room but switched to one with a window. Metal staircase at back of hotel is the only entry to the accommodation rooms. This is not good for seniors or people with leg problems. It is most unattractive as it is near rubbish bins and carpark. Brekkie is served in dingy and very cold pub area. No heat in the morning. It should be served in the more acceptable restaurant area. Key to get into accommodation hallway is difficult to use. People smoke at top of metal staircase near hallway entrance to rooms.

We were very happy with our accommodation at the Prince of Wales Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a cooked breakfast included in the price. We would certainly book again. The price was excellent and the parking for our vehicle was handy to our room. It was a safe area to park our vehicle.
