This retreat offers the unique experience of up close and personal encounters with kangaroos, possums, woylies (an endangered species) and native birds, in a lovely self contained cottage, complete with a little lawn and verandah that feels like a little country home. The addition of the private heated spa overlooking bush, animals and the starry night sky makes the retreat...

I adore this place! Absolute relaxation, tucked away among the trees. The rooms are immaculately clean, with everything you could need. The wildlife are friendly and fun. I could soak in that hot tub and stargaze for a week! I highly recommend the private chef and massage options, as it really adds to the relaxation and the feeling of being...

This is an eco friendly place about 20km from Margaret River township. Only about 6 cottages, all very private, which makes it much more enjoyable when you don't want to get into the bathers for a soak in the fabulous outdoor spa. Watch the night sky & all the stars, or the friendly kangaroos & possums as you soak the...

We love this place and it has become our go to spot in Margaret River. Rooms are lovely, and the wildlife are friendly, but the highlight is the gorgeous outdoor spa with an amazing view of the stars at night. A great spot to relax and unwind.

This is our 3rd stay at Yelverton & we still love it. Whether it's the four poster bed or heated flooring in the bathroom or having kangaroo's or woylies come to visit while your in the spa, you couldn't ask for more. We were early so Joy said to sit on the verandah while she finished cleaning, next thing we...

We stayed here over a weekend and it was great. We stayed many years ago and the presentation of the cottages has not changed. Our cottage was immaculately looked after. The hosts are willing to chat about the animals and have plenty of local information. The nightly visits by the resident wildlife is definitely a highlight. It is certainly a...

Just got back from a weekend staying here - was overall fairly happy. The outdoor spa was fantastic, as were all the animals coming right up to the door. I've seen some complaints about the price, but I thought that it was pretty reasonable, given the prices similar local establishments charge, and you're supporting the conservation work. My girlfriend called...

Hi Mathew thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us at Yelverton Brook & meeting our friendly wildlife. You may realize we have been open for 22yrs now & are still the original owners/builders of Yelverton Brook, we believe the cottage theme suits our forest environment, we have toned down the "nanna-ey" decor where...
