I booked the deluxe spa room for my partner and I. A real treat that turned out to be a dud. There was no spa. We were in what I presume use to be the owners part of the complex. There were doors that were cable tied shut, long hair on the bathroom floor, insects dead on the bathroom ceiling, kitchen drawers that were screwed shut, the top of the tap fell off in the kitchen, a kitchen that was falling apart. curtains that didn't hang properly, windows with fake lead light tape that was half pulled off, a dirty mirror with old stickers on it. Cleanliness was debatable too. But the worse thing was the white tail spider that ran across my phone.................... It did have a massive tv and sky to watch the league on, which made me think it actually was where the young man who was running it lived.

On arrival the door lock wasn’t working! In the morning the tv wasn’t working! My friend in adjacent unit had a broken toilet seat and tv! The sheets were clean but this place definitely isn’t luxury! Quite a few steps up-to the unit so no fun in the rain! Our beds weren’t made !!

Nice, quiet place had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We only needed to sleep there and were out everyday. It served its purpose. Fastest service ever. Has a nice quiet garden area, spa, lots of parking.

Where do I start. Arrived late issues at the airport. Note left in reception windows telling us what room. Room very tired has had very budget Reno's Smelt damp. Kitchen had very cheap refit, plates, cup glasses and cutlery looked like rejects from the op shop, same one they got all the none matching furniture from. Shower whilst good and hot still had old dirty silicon in one corner after removal of shower caddy. Breakfast came, had asked for a kitchen(will speak to booking agent over that) ceramic hot plate with only 1 working element of 2.asked for a hange, still there after 4 days. Sky TV with almost no accessible channels. First 2 remotes not working third standing 12 inches from the screen(try changing the batteries) Desk manager nice enough but grasp of English very poor but his Mercedes sports car was nice. They did change the towels and teatowels daily. Very overated and overpriced for what was offer.

The hotel was just ok, it is in need of some renovations, it’s tired and parts quite grubby. The curtains on the sliding door entry were falling apart. The kitchenette was poorly stocked. You can see that housekeeping had done the basics to keep it surface clean but without further improvement we wouldn’t stay again.

This is a clean, quiet motel with no emergency housing. Partially refurbished and in process of improving. Friendly staff. A modest motel with comfortable sleeping and usual facilities including Sky. 3 star plus.

Run down and not maintained. Half eaten sweets in bedside table draw. Main roads front and back noise was unpleasant. Railway line at rear approximately 30 metres away, noise and motel shakes when train passes.

This motel is very dated. Room was comfortable enough if all you need is a bed to sleep in. The furniture was very tired, and the carpet was, unfortunately, disgusting (not possible to sugar coat that comment) - threadbare, full of stains, musty and in dire need of a shampoo. Good points: the bathroom and kitchen seemed clean enough, good shower pressure. Had to pick this motel due to other places being full, will not stay here again.

It's seen better days, run down, barest of cooking facilities left over from the 70's, light smell OF the 70s still lingering in the room, carpets stained & threadbare, and a thick sticky green lugee outside the front step that some kind soul had gifted us, but that can all be ignored if you just need a bed for the night. Unfortunately we were supposed to be there for 3 & we ran into a number of other issues. Lady at desk spoke poor english, didn't quite understand we needed a cot for the infant in our party or many of the issues we raised. Finally she clicked & tried to charge us for its use, even though we'd booked & paid for the infant prior. After a bit of back & forth & her checking the reservation several times, she graciously agreed not to charge us a $45 fee for the cot. The next issue - No high chairs at this place ... ok, we can deal with that if we have to, now I understand the stained carpets Next on the list - damp wet spots in the room & bed. This was a big one for us. She tried telling us the cleaners cleaned the room & it was OK, but we weren't keen on damp beds or carpets so were done, not suitable for children so we wanted to leave. Once she understood we wanted a refund she became quite annoyed, dismissive & kurt. After 20 minutes of her stalking up to the 2 rooms we had while we were packing up, presumably to ensure we didn't steal the mismatched towels or perhaps the hand wash that had a busted lid circa 1979, we finally got refunded. She then left the office without a word lol We're now in an entire 2 bedroom air bnb cottage with full facilities including cot & highchair, kayaks, toys & many other extras, with a killer view too .... for $150 cheaper. Sooo not sorry we left after spending a half hour at that 'Motel'
