lovely little spot just south of town. lots of rules and signs but that helps with cleanliness and quietness while on vacation. a long walk from town but easy to get to by car. wonderful spa and free to use. we only stayed one night and would probably stay there again in the future.

The room is completely nice and comfy, love the unilimited wifi but the receptionist is too rude and busybody. I feel there is no privacy when the staff get into our room to check on how many people there. The extra charges on additional guests is unnecessary when we don't add on any towels/beds.

Hi Allya I am pleased that you found the room nice and comfy with the 6 of you in 2 beds. If you think standing in my office, lying to my face continually about the extra people that you had sitting in your car in full view of the office (which you assured me that they were staying with friends...

Great place to stay. We rented a 1 bedroom apartment and the bed was super comfortable, great hot water pressure in the showers. Quiet and warm rooms. The manager who checked us in told us about the best places to eat and was so friendly and welcoming even with us arriving at 7pm without a booking first. I would highly...

We stayed at this motel in June, what lovely friendly people. The room we had was' super clean (see photo's) and the bed was the most comfortable bed we had slept in for our whole trip of 3 weeks. And a spa pool as well. Very well priced also, I would recommend this motel although it is not ultra modern...

We always had a great desire to know the West Coast and finally, in April 2016, we decided that the time had come to visit that desolate part of New Zealand. Initially, we planned to depart from Christchurch, cross the country by Arthur's Pass, sleep in Hokitika and, in the following day, take the road down towards Franz Josef Glacier....

Thank you very much for your review letting us know that you enjoyed your stay and you found our units comfortable. I am also very happy to hear that the detour was worth it. We try and promote our lovely part of the west coast, but the glaciers seem to be the only thing people focus on, and you found...

We enjoyed our stay here in a 2 bedroom unit. The owners and staff were so friendly and very helpful with suggestions of places to visit as well as good places to eat at night. The weather was great so we spent most of the days exploring and appreciated arriving back to a warm unit as the owners had put...

We only stayed 1 night but of the 3 motels we stayed in this was by far the best. Lovely and clean, homely and wonderful friendly host. Bed was the most comfortable of our trip and the shower pressure was fantastic. Really helpful suggestions on our return to Christchurch, thank you we loved the alternative route and even got snow...

We stayed in the motel (apartment as advertised on Expedia). We were late in arriving but the awesome people who run it had the heater on and curtains closed. Really clean and comfortable rooms. Linda and Steve made us feel most welcome, full of knowledge and ideas about what to visit while in Greymouth. We left some clothes behind and...

We had a great stay, but the weather wasn't the best but to be expected this time of year. The friendly owners and staff were great and welcoming, the room was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed, so well done guys a good job, look forward to coming back to stay in the warmer weather.

We only stayed one night but the room and facilities were certainly suitable for a much longer stay. Check in was easy, staff welcoming and informative about where to eat. The bed and the shower hot and enjoyable. It was a short walk to the beach.
