Location is excellent very central for the town and right on the seafront. Plenty of off road parking. Room was modern and clean only issue was the sound proofing between rooms could be a bit better. Staff were helpful and right next door to the dolphin encounter a well

We have no idea why it now seems to be called the "White Morph Heritage Collection". Despite this nonsense we had a great stay. The staff were great and the room, overlooking the sea, was very comfortable, very large, and well-equipped. An excellent continental breakfast was served in the cafe next door. This is the meeting point for swimming with...

We had a suite on the first floor above reception. It was spacious, clean and had a good kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a good strong shower. The manager was friendly and very helpful. We had driven from Dunedin on the emergency repaired coastal road after the earthquake. Unfortunately our sleep was interrupted just after midnight when...

We arrived here late in the evening after driving from Picton the long way around due to the damage on the SH1 from the earthquake in November 2016. That really was one hell of a drive let me tell you. The guy on reception was friendly and offered us some milk for the room once we had checked in. We...

We stayed three nights in late March,so got a good sense of the room. Our room was the "studio, garden view" type on the ground floor. Overall, it was clean and comfortable, with a good kitchenette (although the mini-fridge was quite noisy). The bathroom was excellent: very clean and with a large shower stall. The only downside was that we...

We recently stayed in a suite, not very big but very clean and well equipped. We had beautiful views over the water. We were very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was included at the cafe next door which was very nice. The free WiFi was good too which is always a bonus!

This hotel maybe beautiful and the service magnificent, but we will never know. Even though we paid for a night, they denied us our stay. We made a reservation through Expedia and no one informed us that the only viable route to get from Picton ferry terminal to the hotel had been closed for over a year. When we became...

Dear Viajerossssss To put this into some factual prospective. We would never and have never deny a guest to stay with us. If a guest books with us we will accommodate them in the room they have booked. Currently our office hours are 8am until 6pm, however there is an on-site manager who is always available to assist guests arriving...

We stayed in a premium studio with a jacuzzi bath which was just as in their website. The jacuzzi bath which has quite strong jets became very useful as we arrived very tired as our drive became very long due to detour/highway closure at 8pm etc. The hotel is situated on the esplanade and we had an Ocean view. I'm...

Traveling with friends I will say first it was not me who booked, but so glad this was our accommodation for two nights! Check in was friendly and helpful, with the ladies providing a couple of tips and answers to our questions. We did ask if a sea view room was available, however as soon as we were told some...

Spent a night in Kaikoura because we wanted to go whale-watching and maybe spot some seals. The White Morph is a clean and tidy motel, well located to walk to the town centre and nearby cafes and restaurants, Don't expect any human interaction and you'll be fine. In fact, having Scandinavian-style check-in with a digital code would be a good...
