Easy access from the airport. Checkin was by far the quickest and easiest in europe even with the self checkin not available. Our family room came with 8 comfortable bunk beds and 2 bathrooms. Perfectly fine for a family of 5. Shower does get water everywhere but not a dealbreaker for us. Ping pong was available by the front desk. Gym was open 24/7. Pretty bare but enough for a good workout. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night since we were flying back to the US very early the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was, everything from check-in to our grab-n-go breakfast was great! We booked the Family XXL room and it was perfect for 4 adults (2 married couples). We really appreciated the two bathrooms (great thought!) and the spacious bed setup. Each bed had a usb charger as well as a standard European outlet as well as individual reading lamps. As other reviews have mentioned, the water from the shower does get EVERYWHERE but it wasn't bad once I switched to the smaller showerhead rather than the large rainfall one. Overall, it was worth the price and everything was very clean and tidy. I would recommend staying more central to Copenhagen if you're looking for more of a city experience, this hotel knows it's place as an airport hotel and it does it very well.

Within easy walking distance to the airport check-in, this hotel is quite reasonable in price compared to many choices near the airport. Facility is new and clean, Staff is very helpful and accommodating.

OK, so this brand new hotel truly sucks. Really, it can't possibly suck more. I spent two nights there this month for the only reason any sane person would: it is close to the airport terminals, which comes in handy if you depart very early or arrive late. For anybody else that location is an excellent reason not to stay there. The USP of this hotel seems to be to provide no service or amenities whatsoever. This starts at the "Barception", the purpose of which is most certainly not to welcome guests and check them in. That you have to do yourself using a touch screen (the fewer shared touchpoints the better, right?). Then you have to make your own key, and settle for whichever room the software decides to assign you. Forget about asking for a specific floor or view. On my second visit this "Barception" also stank of greasy food, as if I was entering a fish & chips shop and not a hotel lobby. It is perfectly possible to stay at this hotel without every interacting with any human staff member whatsoever. That may or may not be a good thing. Now for the rooms. Whoever designed them must previously have made a living building minimum security prisons, because when you enter your room you immediately feel as if you have been sent to jail. The rooms are very small, and the two narrow vertical slits that pass for windows let in very little light. Worse, the room itself is very poorly lit. The bedlights are OK, but apart from those you only get what is best described as mood lighting by the windows. Anybody who needs to get up before dark to catch a flight had better bring a flashlight to check for any belongings that might otherwise be inadvertently left behind. As for amenities, there are almost none. You get two pillows and four towels. That's almost enough if you are the only occupant, if it weren't for the fact that there's not even a bathroom mat. Given that the shower has a single swing door that you cannot even stand behind when showering, you need to use at least one towel to dry the floor, and another to stand on. There's some "all over" soap in the bathroom of inferior quality, and a hairdryer as well. That's it. No other toiletries whatsoever, no fridge, no kettle, no tea/coffee, no room safe (come on now!), no wardrobe, no luggage rack, no phone (if you want anything you are invited to make your way down to the "Barception"). There's not even room to move around. But there is a TV with a welcome screen that cheerfully tells you they only clean the rooms every fourth day, ostensibly to do the climate a favor. Yeah, right! Now all this might, perhaps, almost be acceptable for those spending a single night between flights, but only if the price was right. It isn't. On the contrary, it's a rip-off. I know, Copenhagen has always been famous for its insane hotel prices, but during the pandemic they came down to something almost resembling reasonable levels. Now they all seem to have decided that since the pandemic is sort of maybe perhaps over (keep dreaming!) they can start gouging those people who are traveling again. I never stopped traveling, on numerous occasions I was one of only a few dozen guests at hotels with 400+ rooms. At least they were glad to see me back then. Now they want to charge me as much as they possibly can, and then some. Just for the sake of comparison: between my two stays at this property I stayed at an airport hotel in Muscat. Large room, all the amenities and bells and whistles, excellent breakfast buffet included, all for less than half of what this "Comfort" hotel rips me off for.

New Hotel. Close to airport. No electricity in wall sockets by the beds. Had to load computer and telephone in bathroom since no one could fix it in the evening. Had to change rooom the next day, took too long time. No safe. No place for suitcases, had to be put on the floor; Easy to stumble over. No refridgerator. Very little space. Bathroom nice and breakfast fine except for the coffee.
