We had four wonderful days at Arcadia Lodge. Greg and Peter, the new owners of this lovely Lodge, are generous, keen and thoughtful hosts. With some great stories to share! We stayed in the Tautoru Suite, the bed was so comfortable with beautiful linen, the breakfasts were delicious, nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved our time there...

We spent three nights at Arcadia Lodge, and what a wonderful time we had there. David and Brad are perfect hosts and helped us enormously decide how to spend the days. The Lodge is beautifully situated and within easy walking of the centre of Russell (which is well worth viewing).

We were there for the night of our wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous. The views, the rooms, the facilities - everything was amazing. The hosts were the best part! Not to mention the delicious breakfast we were served the following morning.

We spent 2 days at Arcadia Lodge (lots of rain in early March) and want to thank David & Brad for all they did. In addition to providing wonderful breakfasts and orientation to the region, they helped us get a call through to the airlines (when a big snow was coming to the USA). This helped us extend our stay...

We spent 3 nights at Arcadia Lodge at the end of our month in New Zealand. David and Brad made us very welcome and gave us lots of helpful information about the Bay of Islands area. Comfortable room and able to use the kitchen to make tea and coffee.

A beautiful, well cared for and tastefully decorated house with fabulous views over the bay. Approximately 10 minute walk into Russell itself. A shared guest lounge and kitchen as there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The accommodation was advertised as having a guest laundry which we were unable to use because of the drought. Whilst...

Oldie world and away from the crowd. Hosts David and Brad are great, make you feel at home and full of excellent local information and things to do. And finally...
