Our stay at Arcadia was exceptional. We were given a warm welcome, the accomodation is superb and the breakfasts delightful. It is without doubt the best B & B we have stayed in in NZ and when we return for our next visit we will definitely stay there again.

Arcadia was a wonderful guest house. David and Brad were extremely welcoming and made a superb breakfast. The accommodation was very comfortable and stylishly decorated. I can't imagine there's a nicer place to stay in Russell.

David and Brad, your hosts, did a marvelous job in renovating one of the near original houses in Russell, aka "Hell Hole of the Pacific". You'll have to go there to find out why it was named that. The property with its beautiful gardens sits on a hill side overlooking the gorgeous bay with its many anchored sail boats. The...

On arrival in Auckland after 24 hours travel from UK we went straight to Arcadia. We were very courteously welcomed. The room was great, with a great view. The bed was just right to get a good night's sleep. David and Brad were very helpful in their advice. It was great place to get over jet lag and settle into...

Four of us stayed at Arcadia Lodge at the beginning of our New Zealand wanderings. It was the best b&b we found: stylish but homely; comfortable without faux boutique luxury; hosts who were friendly and helpful but never intrusive. We won’t forget the views over the Bay of Islands or the very original breakfasts taken in warm sun on the...

David and Brad couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. The house is lovely and very well located to get about the...

The Arcadia Lodge is a beautiful B&B - lovely rooms, beautiful views - and David and Brad (hosts) were so friendly and helpful! I can't think of anything that would have made our stay at the Arcadia Lodge any better. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and spacious and immaculate. The views from all of the balconies at the...
