Set in a period building complete with a fine stairway and statuettes, the property could hardly match the heritage town of Kotor in a better way. And that could very well be said at the first glance from the outside. But once inside everything exceeds any expectation, with tastefully and respectfully restored rooms, carefully chosen decoration items and furniture, and what seems to be a nearly obsessive (in a positive way) attention to every detail. The owners have managed to keep a very hard to reach balance between comfort and authenticity, and this makes the Palazzo Druško an outstanding place to stay at. All rooms are different in size and theme (as all have genuine period furniture), but all have a great deal of character and all required mod-cons. There is a well-equipped kitchen for guests to use. The location of the property, down a side alley, makes it quiet as well. Staff were helpful and kind, providing a map, as well as a lot of information and answering all questions regarding the city. A recommended place to stay that certainly adds to the charming Kotor experience.

Enjoyed our stay at this converted nobleman's home, now run as a hotel in the centre of Kotor. Free parking is available in Njegoševa street, about 10-15 mins walk, so a bit of a haul with luggage. Paid parking is available just outside the walls (much closer) but is expensive and very busy. The old town is a labyrinth of narrow lanes, so look out for the Rendez Vous restaurant as a landmark. We had the Merchants Room with spa bath and luxury toiletries - helpful to soak away our fatigue after a long day of exploring! The room exuded old world charm retaining a lot of original elements/styling of the old house. Guests have access to a common dining area /kitchen. Hosts are friendly and helpful.

Very conveniently situated hotel, right in the middle of the old city of Kotor. The room we had was nice with a very large bed some interesting ornaments. The bathroom was a bit small but was adequate. There was also a large TV that was apparently connected to the internet for netflix, youtube etc. There is a very cosy kitchen with a microwave and kettle for guests to use.The 2 staff members we met were both very friendly and helpful. The only small downside was that our room only had 1 chair and that was a dining type chair so not very comfortable.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo Drusko Deluxe Rooms. During our Balkans trip, we have tried to book only in older more historic lodgings. The Palazzo Drusko building over 600 years old and used to belong to Montenegrin Nobility. The hotel is filled with antiques (the furniture is 150 years old), old letters and documents that are framed which decorate the walls plus countless other items. Now, as with all old builds, there aren't any elevators so one must use stairs. We are in our late 60's and knew what we were getting into but we didn't mind. the old world charm is well worth the stay. Best of all is the manager, Valentina. She not only helped us with our luggage up the stairs, she was the most wonderful person one could hope to meet. Always helpful with arranging tours, telling us best places to eat or where to buy wine in local shop (half the price as in old town), she made us feel so welcome, we didn't want to leave. We spent a wonderful 4 night here. Thank you, Valentina!!!

I've just returned from a 4 day stay and this is an excellent property. Valentina and Vladimir, who manage the property greet you by name each time you enter the property and are very helpful with questions and arranging transfer etc. The property is on a small square in the center of the town, with numerous restaurants, shops and places to grab a drink on the door step. I would recommend this as the go too place to stay in Kotor.
