We received the best service in NT since we moved here 18 months ago. And that's comparing to the whole service industry. The bar is set very very low in NT but hats off to the staff members, well done!

Service was great in restaurant room service forgot order. Menu should be changed needs a bit of variety if guests staying a fee nights. Needs brochures displayed about tours and different things to do in area. When we asked questions in reception we were told that they really didnt know much and we should contact tour company and book directly...

Old tired and a lack of care. Where do I start. Recently renovated room was with peeling paint, stained carpet, cobwebs, cracked tiles, and an aircon that did not work. Linen was dirty and obviously not changed from the last inhabitants. The only good part was the restaurant. Food and drinks were good and reasonably priced for a remote locale....

Great location. Efficient check in/out Rooms need a major refurb!!! Hardly any amenities supplied. Authentic crocodile Dundee decor! Wait staff in the restaurant were less than average. Should have Aussie staff not backpackers it's no idea! Food was below par with the feeling that they were just going through the motions. Where is the local cuisine? In a nut shell...

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of an AAT Kings tour to Kakadu and Arnhem Land. As there had been a problem with one aspect of this tour being cancelled, AAT Kings in Darwin had arranged for us to have complimentary breakfasts and dinners which were very good. Reception ,especially Elaine, were delightful and very efficient. We got...

Everything was on hand, the staff were very helpful and friendly the rates for rooms and meals was good. The rooms themselves were tired in many ways, there were minor repairs...

Stayed three nights, probably should have stayed two. The hotel rooms are a little dated, The garden area around the pool at the moment is in need of replanting. The food in the restaurant was good. The staff friendly.

I stayed one night here as part of an AAT Kings tour. I was travelling alone and thus eating by myself in the restaurant. The wait staff were friendly and made sure to come past and have a chat, and see if there was anything I needed. The food in the restaurant was really good. I had the kangaroo salad...

On arrival the night reception manager was very helpful, friendly and informative. From there it wall all down hill. We were told dinner orders closed at 9pm. On earlier arrival we where then told we needed to hurry as dinner orders closed at 8.30pm, we arrived at 8.20pm. The table was not wiped down and we had to request it...
