Booked two Superior Deluxe Rooms for an overnight stay. One dbl bed room was very comfortable overlooking the courtyard, the other QB + single room overlooking courtyard was in need of updating. Air conditioners not very efficient. Power out throughout the night didn't help! The swimming pool was a favourite. Dinner in the Restaurant wasn't cheap, but the meals were...

Mixture of reviews read prior to booking suggested the hotel was changing under the Accor brand. Slight issue with our first room and broken AC unit - attended to very quickly, and front desk staff were very helpful and helped us move to another room. Room was of the quality I have seen across the Accor chain - yes this...

Dear Pomheadinghome, Thanks for the great feedback on your recent visit. As you mention, we do have challenges with the humidity in this part of the world but it is a part of our climate and therefore the experience. I am really happy to hear your comments on the restaurant quality of meals and service. The team will be very...

The room was clean, although somewhat tired. The AC worked, sometimes and more or less effectively. The property was understaffed, but those working were pleasant enough. Restaurant food was seriously sub-par. If you are visiting the park, there are few alternatives. In a city venue, I would have given it a "2".

Stayed for 3 nights recently. Great staff, friendly and helpful, very good quality food in restaurant. Only downside is whole place is dated and rooms need complete uplift and good clean. But with no competition in the area Mercure obviously don't feel they need to spend the money. Can't believe they have only one pool area. Ok for us as...

We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights recently. We were originally booked in at cooinda lodge cabins but when we saw them we realised we couldn't stay there -absolute dump!! We called the Crocodile hotel straight away and were lucky to get a room as was full when we originally tried to book. Arrived to find a great sized...

This is the only place to stay but seriously overpriced at 420 a night Crammed the family into a room ( no balconies) which makes it a little smashed but acceptable The accommodation in the area just isn't up to scratch but there is no competition so the standards are poor and price relative to what people are used to...

We stayed for two nights in April, over the Anzac Day long weekend. It was great being just opposite the Jabiru dawn service, which was very well attended by locals and travellers. The hotel has a welcoming lobby area, relaxed pool area and central location for exploring Kakadu. Check in was friendly and helpful. The rooms are fine, clean and...

We are locals from Darwin & planned a romantic getaway into nature, staying at the Mecure thought we would be in luxury! What a joke!
