Truly one of the best experience we've had while traveling through Australia and New Zealand. Very cozy, well-equipped and charming. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. Having such a breakfast in bed is beyond words. If you go to the Queenstown region and are looking for accommodation, don't look any further.

The Arrow Private hotel was amazing right from the first moment we arrived. Tim showed us in and how to operate everything in the room. Underfloor heating, heated towel racks, all good touches in such a cold climate. Tim invites you down for a pre dinner drink on your first night which was great because he filled us in on...

We like to make sure our guests are warm and toasty especially when we have our polar blasts. The underfloor heating keeps the rooms warm (and ski gear dry). It is snowing here now and guests are still taking the walk along the stream and into Arrowtown. Winter is just one of four amazing seasons here in Arrowtown. We hope...

We stayed at the Arrow for one night in early November 2014 to attend a wedding near Arrowtown. The hotel is lux, feels creative and is designed to maximise privacy and yet make you feel like you are close to nature. A short walk along the peaceful riverfront setting to Arrowtown. Tim was really hospitable - he personally drove us...

Stayed with hubby and 2 kids. Rooms were well equipped, clean, extremely comfortable, and very stylish. They provided a portacot, high chair, and even a box of toys. Everything was provided down to toiletries, hair drier, robes, and slippers. We stayed for 6 nights and the room was kept clean throughout our stay without once being invasive. Will stay again

We had an amazing 5 days. Our unit was awesome, clean & comfortable. Loved the out look and so close to the town centre, which was a must for us. Tim your hosting was very warm and generous. Posted on my Facebook a review of your hotel and the restaurants, along with photos.

We recently stayed at The Arrow Hotel for the first time. The hotel is a new, chic, architectural gem set in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Arrowtown. Our view of the trees and hills was spectacular. We walked 5-10 minutes on woodsy paths to get to Arrowtown, a beautifully restored 19th century gold mining town with great...

We are very pleased to hear you enjoyed your five days here at the Hotel. We are so fortunate to have over thirty cafe's, restaurants and bars so handy to the property. Most of our guests walk along the stream into Arrowtown. It is all part of the experience of staying at 'The Arrow'. We hope to see you again...

Lovely suites in a quiet & pretty spot just a 5 minute walk along the stream to Arrowtown shops & cafes. Enjoyed the 'bath with a view'. Fantastic service, including the breakfast each morning via the secret cupboard. Lockable storage for skis, bikes etc, and a laundry if you are planning to be there for a few days.

Thanks for your feedback. It is appreciated. We are more than happy to help those who have been on an extended holiday get their laundry sorted when they are away. We have had a number of guests this year who have done the Milford Track. We can provide a luxurious suite for a recharge before the trip back home.

We stayed 3 nights at The Arrow Private Hotel and were very impressed by the very comfortable, large & sunny room with a lovely modern en suite bathroom. Tim, the Proprietor couldn't have been more helpful and he delivered lovely breakfasts to our room each morning. The hotel is situated halfway between Millbrook Resort and the old goldmining town of...
