We had stayed at this motel last year and thought it was ok. So we went back this year. Our plane arrived late and we had some trouble with the rental car so arrived about 11pm instead of the 9pm we had expected as the plane was due to arrive at 7pm in Cancun . I went up the next...

Our family of four stayed with Willie for 7 nights. We had a great stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Willie is very accomodating with excellent suggestions for things to do in the area. Willie puts on an excellent breakfast every morning and reviews the previous days activties and offers ideas for the day. Don't miss the yogurt...

A friendly small place, a good price during very high season (better than the nearest places and much better than around Cancun), and right on the ocean. The rooms are actually nicer than the photos on the web page make them look, although one (Tikal) definitely has the best view (and worth whatever extra it is). Upstairs is a lounge...

We spent some excellent dive days with Christopher. We had exiting Cenote trips; covered always with the feeling of safety and fun of the dive shop owner. If you want private diving- go to lucky fish diving! Equipment rental, education from beginner to full cave are wellcome. All tours are good scheduled! We was surprised about the service and the...

Steph and I went to Mexico to see a friend get married. Most of the wedding party went to fancy all-inclusive resorts. That's ok if you like to get your feet rubbed all day long, but I'm pretty sure we had more fun. Willie is your man for many things Mexican. He's a wealth of knowledge on where to go...

Excellent hospitality, great location away from the noise and crowds of Cancun but only an hour or so away by car. Lots to see and do. I highly recommend going to see the archaeological sites at Muyil, about 25 km south of Tulum, and touring the Sian Ka'an Bioreserve. This was one of the high points of my trip to...

I would like to find out the recipe for the margaritas we had while there, they were awesome. Great staff, and a wonderful place.

We spent February 2004 three weeks in the Tankah Inn. Very good service, splendid view to the Tankah Bay, nice breeze in the rooms and excellent scuba diving in the ocean and the spectacular fresh water caverns with Christopher from Lucky Fish Diving!

The Tankah Inn and it's owner Willie were great! We were there in April, great weather, and the Inn is beachfront on a peaceful beach. Snorkeling and scuba diving are services provided by the Inn. We took advantage of both. The rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfasts in the A.M. were perfect. We'll return again!

WOW! What a winner! After two trips to Belize to dive with zero results-we decided to go back to Quintana Roo. I have never been so glad in years! It was amazing the wind god decided to have pity on us and granted us a reprieve. According to Willie@Tankah Inn that had done little to no diving in 2 months, but we...
