This is my first ever TripAdvisor review—I've been using the site for so long and nothing has ever warranted a review until I stayed at the incredible Jashita. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. A slice of heaven—the food is great, the staff is absolutely amazing, and the property is beyond beautiful. We are so happy...

Hotel Jashita is exactly like the reviews of so many others, beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The bay is protected by a reef which prevents the large waves you will normally see in Tulum or Punta del Carmen (good day trips) from stirring up the water which makes it great for snorkeling. As for the restaurant, the food was great (if...

To be clear Jashita is a lovely property. The grounds are stylish, comfortable and well kept without being untouchable and overtly precious. Rooms follow suit with very comfortable, simple, clean-lined contemporary decor. On the beach you will find an adequate number of chairs, umbrellas and hammocks. Towels are aplenty. The quiet bay is tranquil and extends the feeling of being...

Such a great boutique hotel! Less than 20 rooms, so never an issue getting chairs at the beach, or waiting long for breakfast (which by the way was FANTASTIC). Free kayak/paddle board/snorkel for the bay. The hotel is run by Italians, so a lot of the clientele is European, brings some nice culture to the hotel along with excellent service....

Sooooo good! We stayed for a few days midweek end of February and early march. We splurged for the Aphrodite suite after bonus season and LOVED the space. The bedroom and bathroom were average size, and the outdoor space was phenomenal. It has a dining area, couches, dip pool, and chairs on one level with great water views. Upstairs, on...

Jashita is a lovely small luxury hotel on a breathtakingly beautiful bay about 20-30 minutes from Tulum proper and the "Beach Zone." We booked three days here before heading to another hotel in the beach zone because we had never been before and wanted to try both experiences. Jashita's rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious and stylishly neutral. Mattress is firm...

Found this hotel by searching on-line and reading reviews. In other words, dumb luck. Turned out to be areal gem. Sophisticated, but not pretentious. Quite small-maybe 25 rooms, give or take in 3 or 4 small, charming buildings.Well appointed, bright with balconies and many with little plunge pools. Modern, clean lines and furnishings. Pretty bathrooms.Nice products. The dining room was open air-thatched...

Everything about this hotel is wonderful: the physical plant, the gardens, the food, the amazingly gracious service. So relaxing, luxurious but not the least bit pretentious. Our room was large and had a lovely patio with plunge pool, two lounge chairs, two other chairs with table and large comfy chair with coffee table. Room included a sofa and coffee table....

An incredible property with an even better staff. On the ride from the airport, our taxi driver said this is one of two resorts in the Cancun area that people always leave most happy with their experience. Caroll and Ulyses at the front desk are helpful and speak English well. The restaurant staff is special - from Jorge to Daniel...

Everything everyone says is true - this place is simply outstanding. The surroundings, the beach, the water, the sand, the food ... I cannot wait to return. I was there in May of last year. The only thing that somewhat bothers me is that I keep reading these reviews of how the hotel owners/staff were so ultra friendly and even...
