Our family of four (two kids plus me and my husband) stayed here for nine nights in July. It's really well done, the rooms are beautiful, with gorgeous bathrooms and amazing AC (latter is hugely important, especially if you have kids). The hotel manages to combine real luxury with a closeness to nature and is great for kids. The bay...

It is a Paradise... no doubt but our journey did not start in the best of the way. We went on a two weeks holiday on the Riviera Maya last March. We wanted to stay in a hotel on a good beach but far away from the crowed Cancun or Playa del Carmen. But we wanted a place close enough...

Dear IrishItalian1, here I am !! First of all if I did not apologize at that time for what happened to your “non” pick up at the airport I would like to do it now, so please forgive me. Believe me if I had known at that time for sure I woud have come to you immediately. The transfer company...

Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) enjoyed our time at Hotel Jashita. The rooms were very nice, the beach was great and the food was very good. It is not close to much else which is great if you want to be secluded but not so good if you want to try to eat somewhere other than at the...

Beautiful bay, gorgeous room, lovely helpful staff. We were on our honeymoon, and enjoyed everything about this hotel, although we didn't realise they were kid-friendly until we arrived. Most guests with children were fantastic but you never know when you're gunna have to share a boutique i.e. small resort/pool etc. with an obnoxiously loud (the mum was the WORST) family,...

A dream place made to relax and thankfully far enough from Cancun's craziness but not too far of a drive from the airport. I would call it Rustic-Chic. It feels exclusive and it's a very romantic place to stay. I had the best sleep of my life at Jashita. The Service was beyond amazing, every staff member was helpful, friendly...

Is a perfect small hotel boutique in an amazing spot in Tulum. The beach is a paradise, the service flawless and the staff very nice. The breakfast is amazing and you can take it in front of the beach in a fantastic view.

My husband and I just stayed at Jashita for 9 nights for our honeymoon and loved it. We had a deluxe oceanfront room, room 22 and we walked right out onto the beach and water. Breakfast was amazing, my husband would go back just for the food, and the staff was so nice! The atmosphere is so relaxing, we enjoyed...

There is no doubt that Jashita hotel is in a special place. This is a small hotel (18 rooms), that could have it all, but that has not paid enough attention to details. And when you are paying 600USD a night in a Hotel, you do expect attention to details. A few examples: 1. The entrance to the hotel is...

This place is a total gem. I will admit I was a bit nervous for the first 6 hrs I was there. The road to the hotel is dirt and has potholes, and the hotel itself is REALLY small. However, that's what we came to love about it. The staff was incredible, the food was really good, the use of...

Amazing place - private wonderful and calm beach but still close to Tulum's restaurants. (15min driving) Amazing structure. Beautiful room, great bed, clean and cozy. Amazing facilities - snorkel, stand up paddle and kayaks for free! Amazing staff offering an excellent and friendly service. We even got a room upgrade as a courtesy!
