My guess is that 'recent refurbishments' mentioned int he descrition are at least ten years old. The welcome... Hmm. Cold and uninviting. Kitchen closes at 8PM and you need to order food from reception during check-in. My advice is to get back in the car and go elsewhere. Our room (room 4) was tiny and in poor condition. The bed...

A colleague and I stayed here whilst attending a conference at the NEC. Not only did the whole place smell like a hospital, but there was no hot water at all, and we spent so long trying to get it working we had to miss breakfast. We were almost late for our conference, and unshowered. The man behind the desk...

Stayed Saturday, 18/02/2017 for a local Wedding. Plus point, there is plenty of car parking available. On arrival, we were asked to pay £69.00 immediately, without even seeing the room which I think is unacceptable but husband went ahead and paid it. Now this said, we had already read reviews so we were half prepared for disappointment. We stayed in...

Shabby room, rude staff, broken shower. Restaurant closed in the evening because the cook didn't turn up.Breakfast waitress, surly with bad attitude and bad English. We walked out and got breakfast at nearby Greggs ! Worst Hotel in the World.

Thankfully just the one nights stay here, if we could have found another hotel quickly we would have moved. We travelled up country from Hastings, not an easy journey taking over 4 hrs. On arriving we encountered the main door locked, after ringing the bell several times and no one coming to us we called the phone line. Right away...

This was a business trip for an exhibition. The car park is useful and big enough not having to fight for a space. I can concur with other reviews that upon arrival there is an odour of frier grease which is off putting. To register you complete the registration form on a tablet which does seem long winded and if...

My wife and I had a very nice stay at Heath Lodge whilst attending a party at the NEC, check in was smooth and quick, we had room 4 and although a little on the small side it was perfectly fine, very clean, good selection of tea and coffee and a comfortable bed, we almost overslept in the morning and...
