Myself, girlfriend and our friend were heading to the nec for a event so we decided to book here as was nice and close after our 175 mile trip from the east cost , we had to stop at the hotel first to pay for our rooms as we would of been in the nec all day , upon arriving...

I was upgraded to a larger room as the singles were too small for me. John and Sanda were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the garden leading from the conservatory was wonderfully relaxing.

Stayed in this hotel for the second time this year while visiting the NEC. Rooms are small but clean and well equipped. Dinner is cooked to order and to a high quality. Breakfast is included in the room price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the hotel for short business trips.

I have stayed here a few times when on a budget as it is within walking distance of Solihull Business Park. Prices are still high for what it is because of its proximity to the NEC. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is a little greasy but fine. Free parking and free Wi-Fi. First time I stayed here there...

easy to find, some inconsiderate parking by guests meant less spaces available, but you get that anywhere. Checked in quickly the owner is very polite and explained everything you would need to know. Explained breakfast was 7:30 til 9:00am, which for a Sunday is a little early for me. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable, tea.coffee, hot...

Stayed here with a friend for 3 nights. The place was spotless. The staff could not have been more helpful. There was a large selection for breakfast and the full english was excellent. It was only about 5 minutes from the NEC which was ideal. We had one evening meal there which was good value for money.

The hotel is within easy reach of the airport and NEC. The room was compact but very clean and more than adequate for our stay. We were offered a larger room on the top floor but we're happy where we were. The owner and the staff were very friendly. Food in the restaurant was freshly cooked to a high standard...

Last minute booking. Lovely welcome. Could do with an update throughout. At the least stair carpets cleaned. Basic room. Very clean bed linens and bathroom. A lot of road noise. Great breakfast. We had dinner also very good.
