Spent two nights in their top offering, the Alamanda suite, #48, a four-bedroom, two bathroom apartment overlooking the beach and boasting wraparound decks, indoor and outdoor dining tables and a private plunge pool. No doubt that this was an extremely luxurious unit -- 15 years ago. Even though the splendid views and spacious interior creates a wow factor, a guest...

We stayed in a one bed suite on beach front. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Views from the room were of sea and I would highly recommend a beach front room. Breakfast was included in our stay and was really good. Evening meal was quite good aswell. Staff were friendly and helpful. If I'm ever back in...

Spent 4 nights in suite 1 which was nice enough but looked tired. Apparently it's the only one still with a key so should of guessed it's one that's not been refurbished yet. Excellent position in palm cove. Had breakfast included which was nice but had to pay an extra $10 for some dishes which I thought was tight and...

We travelled to Port Douglas and Palm Cover for our honeymoon. We were very impressed particularly with the service at this hotel. It has an excellent location; sitting independently at the end of a strip of small boutique shops and cafes. There is a restaurant associated with the hotel, which was pretty good. Lance on the front desk was especially...

Fantastic location and wonderful staff. The moment we arrived we were greeted with welcome drinks which is just what we needed after being stuck in traffic on the way from the airport. The location with the beachfront is the best spot at Palm Cove. We had a poolside room and it felt huge. The room facilities are starting to look...

We stayed at the Alamanda Palm Cove in November 2016. This resort is fantastic. We were upgraded to a fantastic Beach view apartment which was simply amazing. The view was incredible, from watching the sunrise each morning to just relaxing on the balcony in the afternoon. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The best positioned resort at Palm...

This resort is right on the beach and has character. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful from the minute we arrived including the cleaning staff who did an excellent job. The room was large, we had a 2 bedroom suite, and had a great outlook over one of the three pools. The chapel on the beach has an outstanding...

Nice staff and superb location, our room was lovely and well fitted out with very modern amenities. BUT the place desperately needs maintenance and repair. Rust everywhere, out ensuite toilet leaked over the bathroom floor (just water), the public toilets and general facilities just need a makeover. There are nowhere near enough chairs and umbrellas by the pools. It's just...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Alamanda last month. Right from the moment we arrived it was bliss. We were welcomed politely and efficiently, the front desk staff were helpful and we were shown to our room even though we arrived early. The room was lovely - clean, well equipped and great view. We had dinner on the beach...

Rooms are very spacious , private & quiet. It doesn't get much better. As only a few steps from all cafes & restaurants. NuNu Restaraunt is within Alamanda complex, & will...
