We had a Luxury Escapes deal - 5 nights. Gorgeous location, neat & tidy facilities. Best part was the resorts spa facility, had an amazing massage there by Kim who was warm, welcoming and really knew her stuff! Customer service around the resort was a bit hit & miss, especially at the pool bar. Food at the restaurant Lime &...

We had a fantastic babymoon here, and will definitely be back. Great rooms, nice resort pool and plenty of meal options at the pool and the on-site restaurant. Helpful front of house staff made this an overall very pleasant stay.

Very nice room, but nothing much about the place makes sense to me. You're paying top dollar for a luxury beach hotel that's not on the beach. You get a beautiful spa bath...that's on the balcony and cannot be completely enclosed. Everyone just goes to the main pool, so if you want a nice beach holiday this isn't the place...

Fantastic pools and gardens. Threedifferent pools, one a lagoon pool with sand and water pool bar. Room was very nice and the location great on the main waterfront. The Breakfast that was included was excellent.

But what really turned me sour was the second night at around 1 am while in deep sleep a really loud emergency alarm went off in...

voucher via Luxury escapes, great value friendly hospitable staff. great location with a choice of other places to eat. refreshing lagoon pool with swim up bar was used quite regularly. We were in low season with thunderstorms and rain at times but it did not spoil our daily walks or swims.

Overall amazing place, just a few let downs were the pillows in room, the pool bar atmosphere lacked by the staff, they were constantly stressed and rushed.. there wasn't even music playing in background. I got served off dated cream in my cocktail... needs a big improvement in that area
