We had a hockey tournament close by and we booked 11 rooms in total. The rooms were lovely and clean but everyone was cold as there was only one sheet and one blanket on the bed. We requested extra blankets but were told there were none available. It's the middle of winter so need to address this issue or put... More

Dirty, cold, no blankets, no cutlery, no plates, messed up booking, disgusting service.Booked for a large group and got pitiful service and attention. Car park is tiny, I,possible to safely park, minimal security features. Just plain awful on so many levels

Housekeeping needs to be much better. No tea left. Ran out of toilet paper. No tea towel. Would prefer mugs then cups. Jug cord to short to reach power point. Breakfasts are good but dinner is a very limited menu. Staff are very friendly.

Disappointed in the room as it really needs some TLC to be brought up to a higher standard. Bathrooms need a major makeover. A new coat of paint won't fix it.. Pillows were comfortable bed a little too firm. Good location. Easy to get to.

Although the hotel was central to our needs, we will never recommend breakfree if this hotel is anything to go by. 1. We stayed in the adjoining apartments, and it was freezing. There were no carpets or rugs in any room including the bedrooms. The airconditioning unit did not work properly so it would not warm up the unit, and... More

The hotel looked dull needs some life and colour to it maybe even some upgrades. It was sad that the restaurant is closed Fri, Sat and Sun. We stayed in the Apartments that was value for money. We were happy with that.

The hotel was very dated and run down. The rooms were old and tired. It had cracks in the walls and ceiling. The amount of mould in the bathroom was shocking and the fan didn't work so the mirror was a waste of time. The bedding was average. At night time we could hear the conversation of the room next... Breakfree is centrally located in Bankstown. I was working over at Homebush bay and found it relatively easy to get to even in morning traffic. Also close by our warehouse at Riverwood. The rooms are comfortable (although a bit dated and a bit of maintenance required - bathrooms, TV in bedroom remote not working). Had a few foxtel channels, Rooms... More

Reception staff service was exceptional and a credit to the motel. I was disappointed at the cleanliness of my room, amongst many things there were dirty tissues in my bedroom and I could barely see through the glass sliding doors to the balcony as they had very clearly not been cleaned in some time.
