Reception was friendly and helpful when i had a problem. You must stay in cabin 17. It is decorated in a 60s theme of rock and roll. Very cool. Recommended. There is in indoor pool which is in a separate shed.

As a solo senior female traveller this park is so serene, close to the highway but that dies down at night. Young keen couple trying to clean up a park that has the most amazing amenities block I have seen in many a mile! Park has railway feel with signals throughout and many train station signs and seats, from Flemington... More

The owners here are the most honest business owners I've ever met. Told me straight up that booking.com over quoted and got to work fixing the problem before I knew what was going on. Old owners left the place a bit desirable. Talking to the owners at check out they have already made significant changes and have some plans for... More

We just rented 2 cabins and they were very clean, tidy and well stocked. The new owners make you feel very welcome and it will be interesting to see the new changes that they make to the park. Even though it is just out of town I would recommend to stay here.

Cowra Holiday Park is ine of those comfortable and friendly parks you find dotted around Australia. It doesn't pretend to be a resort but concentrates on providing a comfortable relaxed stay. Located 5 minutes out of town the park is quiet with plenty of trees for shade. Cabins are comfortable and clean with all basic needs catered for. The powered... More

Very different park with railway memorabilia everywhere, including signals. The rustic shed that serves as the camp kitchen has to be seen to be believed, sensational Australiana. It even has vynil records hanging off the ceiling plus a fire pit in the middle of the building. The amenities are excellent, clean and in great condition but the colour scheme is... More

We had a booking made in advance and were warmly welcomed upon arrival by Liesel & Grant. It was a cold evening but the cabin (Malibu) was lovely and warm. Spacious rooms and the cabin had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Our cabin had 2 large bedrooms with a king size bed in each. The bathroom was spotless... More

We had a one bedroom cabin which neat and clean although fairly basic. But it had all that we needed for cooking, hotplate, microwave and fridge (no oven). It was driving distance out of the town centre but all we wanted it for was cooking and sleeping as we were leaving early the the next day. The price was reasonable... More

After a while the big caravan parks become a known quantity and therefore predictable. That's not a bad thing but every now and again an opportunity presents itself where the change itself is as good as a holiday. And this is the park. It's out of town, there is highway noise, the new owners are slowly getting the maintenance and... More
