This hostel was fantastic - from a family perspective (2 kids below 5 years) I would trade in any Hilton or Sheraton for a place like this. Very welcoming and helpful staff, excellent (and large enough) kitchen facilities, nice and quiet rooms (make sure to book family room well in advance) and very good and clean washrooms. The Three Sisters...

This hostel is amazing. The staff are very friendly and the night guards always introduced themselves just in case of emergencies. The rooms are spacious, I was in an 8 share dorm, and are nice and tidy. There are lots of things to do around the hostel and everything is in walking distance. The walks are amazing too and there...

I'm never a fan of hostel yet this experience was definitely a pleasant one. We stayed for 2 nights at the en-suite room. The room was clean with sufficient space. The walls were a bit thin as we could hear whisper sound of our neighbours' rooms as well as cracking of the floor as people walk pass the corridor. All...

I've been here twice with groups of friends staying in the 8 bed dorm and have enjoyed both stays. This YHA served as an ideal base for my group heading out for canyoning and bushwalking each day, especially since the meeting point for a lot of those activities are within walking distance from the YHA. The toilet/shower was very clean...

I only stayed here one night but would've liked to have stayed longer. Clean facilities and plenty of space to chill out in the communal areas. Staff were friendly and helpful if you had any questions about activities/ walks in the local area. You can get to most of the walks without a car but it can take quite a...

Spent 2 nights here in a 4 share dorm room which was very comfortable. Large kitchen but the 2 microwaves were not functioning that well (one was completely stuffed). Nice big TV room which comfortable seats and a gorgeous dance floor/ball room for a lounge. This was once a guest house opened in 1918 so has a lot of character....

So where do I start with this hostel, there are so many great things to say. It is kept amazingly clean by the team of cleaners. It has nice, cozy dorms if you go there in the winter months. The reception staff are very helpful and have a wealth of knowledge about the walks - in fact they even gave...

Reasonably priced, staff are friendly and helpful. Kitchen is large and clean although the tea towels could use some more frequent replacements! But that's a minor point really. Beds are comfy, and showers are good too.

Stayed here for one night in a double em suite . It was good value for money and you have everything you need in the room . It's a very quiet hostel compared to other yhas but still very nice and central . Close to shops and train station . Would go again

We stayed here for a 2 night break recently and it rates for me as one of the best hostel experiences I've had (a welcome break from some of the more noisy hostels in Sydney). We stayed in a private room (Wentworth Falls room) with a nice view overlooking the garden - the kettle & coffee in the room were...
