Lane Cove Tourist Park About one dozen of us just had a weekend stay at the park for a school reunion and found that the accommodation and park grounds in good condition, good clean BBQ areas and amenities blocks. Nice walking tracks if you feel a bit adventurous and most of the staff very friendly, if you are unlucky enough...

12 of us took up six family cabins, some two bedrooms and some one bedroom, for the whole week. We use it as our base for our whole week of bushwalking to enjoy the wild flowers along the Great North Walk, 250 km walk that stretch from Sydney to Newcastle. It is a delightful park with lots to offer, be...

When you wake up in the morning to a chorus of Kookaburra calls, it is extremely hard to believe that this campground is a short train journey away from the Sydney CBD. The site is in the National Park so there are a few more rules than other campgrounds, but it is well maintained, managed and has walking tracks into...

Only planned a short time here but stayed longer. Great amenities and the staff could not have been more helpful. Sites were grassy with concrete pads for van annex. Walking distance to public transport. Would come back here if staying in Sydney with our van.

Stayed here for years and am disgusted that our last visit the powered sites have gone up to $42 per night, a 2.5 booking fee is now charged, pay in total up front and no 7th night free. Also NO seniors or pension discount offered. The government sure knows how to rip us off! The amenities are not upgraded and...

This holiday park is the closest to the CBD - just a short walk to the north Ryde train station. This is way cheaper than getting an inner city hotel which charges for parking. The camp kitchen is ok, but a toaster would make it so much better. The camp sites are good.

Great place to stay while in Sydney. Stayed with my 2 grandchildren, daughter & mother. The cabin was very clean & comfortable. You would not think you were in the city as you are surrounded by bushland & it is very quiet. It was a short drive to the city & the zoo. I would highly recommend this as a...

What a great place! Easy to find, good staff and great location. We wanted bush walks and also to visit Bondi and relatives. This did it. Definitely a find . The best showers and great camp kitchen. Nice animals and other campers. Big sites. Easy parking. A little pricey after other parks

We stayed here for a few nights while we visited Sydney. It is located in a beautiful spot, in national park right next to the city. You can walk to the train station, fantastic! We had possums visiting us during the night and bush turkeys during the day. It is a very pretty place with lots of trees. They have...

Both villas and heaps of powered sites and some unpowered. All sites plenty of room. Roads good. Close to bushwalks. Nth Ryde train station and bus stop only 12min walk. Very quiet and lovely to hear the different birds. Staff are very helpful but kept busy. There are 4 amenities blocks and cleaned twice daily.
