Firstly I must say the BBQ area was a great place to celebrate with friends after our sporting event. Unfortunately at checkin the price quoted and the price requested were different... no biggie but the resident managers argued until proof in writing was provided. There was then arguments over who booked the room how many times they needed to be...

Units where super clean and tidy. The manager John was so accommodating for us and my son made a new friend with his daughter. Very friendly atmosphere...pool and grounds are kept in immaculate condition. Close to the beach and all the local restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend Burleigh Palms

These apartments are well located short walking distance to the beach, shops and also the headland walk. Rooms have everything needed for cooking and are well appointed. Pool area is nice with umbrellas we also use the BBQ area under the cabana.

We stayed on the ground floor next to the walkway to the beach. Whilst I knew that there was an access path to the beach, I didn't expect it to be so easy and close to the main hub of Burleigh. The main hotel and beach is less than a minute away, with restaurants just a stroll away This apartment...

This accommodation suited us perfectly. Two bedrooms- would have been a bit crowded if the third person had come but with myself and a 10 year old was perfect. Pool was clean and lovely, owners incredibly helpful. Cost efficient, food, beach, show, buses all perfect distance! We will be back!

We were hoping for a relaxed few days. A family holiday: four of us, and three generations; close to the beach; not far from the centre of Burleigh Heads. For all of which, a two-room Burleigh Palms holiday apartment proved ideal. The apartment is thoughtfully self-contained. It would be easy to self-cater, … but for us it was good to...

Only stayed one night while visiting the Gold Coast for a party. The room was nice and spacious and very well equipped (big kitchen area, washer, dryer, foxtel etc). It could have used some minor touch ups but overall was good value for money. Only spoke to the staff at check in and check out but they were very friendly...

From the outside, this low-rise apartment complex is quite unassuming, but inside the apartments are well-maintained and very well-equipped. The kitchen and living area are spacious and the bathroom includes a washing machine and dryer, which was great after a couple of weeks on the road struggling with coin-operated laundry equipment. The location is excellent with the main beach, shops...

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at Burleigh Palms. The owners were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very pleasent decor. The pool was nice too. The surroundings were very pleasent and cheerful and is excellent how there is the pathway to the patrolled beach. Close to other amenities as well.

Stayed again and the overall service has once again reinforced my decision in chosing Burleigh Palms ahead of other placed. Kae & George were warm & friendly as I have come to expect. I will be back as I see absolutely not need to stay at expensive hotels to have a restful vacation.

Management response:

So pleased to have such a nice review. Burleigh Palms is an older style building but so well situated and now that we have all apartments renovated and the outside of the complex upgraded, we are looking forward to even more happy guests. Thank you once again. Kae.
