My husband and I stayed in an executive apartment and were thrilled with the comfort, cleanliness and communication with management. The apartment was spacious and the full kitchen was a bonus. Would not hesitate to book again.

Very comfortable and well presented ground floor apartment with spectacular water views. It was fantastic to pull open the curtains and see seals frolicking in the water .The apartment had everything that was needed to ensure a great stay - a kitchenette, a laundry, a clean bathroom, a very comfortable bed and even a garage. The location was fantastic. An easy walk to all amenities, restaurants and cafes. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would have no hesitation on staying here again.

While the bed was comfortable and this place was fairly clean, there were also lots of issues. We certainly didn't feel like it was worth the money. It needs the keys and front doors replaced. The front screen had to be fixed twice by my husband, the whistling under our units front door was very loud and I solved the issue with 2 pillows on the floor. Unfortunately the doing the dishes in the laundry just doesn't work. Definetely needs a blind put up in the laundry as it easy to forget that people can see you from the carpark. This stay was impacted by lots of little irritations at this unit. The lounge dining area is too small for 3 chairs at the table. The lounge itself is too small. Cobwebs and stains on the carpet all added up to a less than impressive experience. The position is very good. Great meals and cocktails from the nearby hotel were great. Overall this unit needs maintenance and a rejigging of the design.

We booked the lower apartment and it was fantastic. Fast communication from Joyleen, getting the key/inside couldnt have been easier and then wow, the place is a great find! Comfortable bed, beautiful view and the washing machine/dryer was a great bonus to the end of our trip. Nearby is a pub/restaurant & quite a few cafes, a supermarket and 750mtrs away is a good fish & chip place, so dinner on your patio, looking at the beach is a nice way to relax. Highly recommend, will stay again if in the area - wont be disappointed with this place. Many thanks,

Very nice apartment with great sea views. it was lovely having dinner sitting on the balcony eating fresh local fish and chips with a bottle of wine (beat the pub food and cheaper ☺) The bed was super comfortable, nice shower and spa bath, kitchen well equipped, ideal for a few days on Kangaroo Island. Also just across the road from the nightly pelican display which is well worth seeing. Would recommend to family and friends.

This is our 3rd stay and it feels like coming home. Once again, we found Upper Pier 10 to be immaculately presented; compliments to Helen. We used the well appointed kitchen for all meals and along with the bathroom we were not lacking anything at all. We will definitely be back. Many thanks! !

Love the cleanliness of this apartment especially the kitchen appliances. Usually I wouldnt expect such clean standard however I was at ease with the cutlery and appliances. Apartment faces the sea and it has awesome sunrise view. Quiet neighbourhood and there is a resturant just opposite and a supermarket just round the block. However I find it strange that the bedroom does not has aircon. It was quite stuffy in the night as the bedroom was west facing. It gets really warm in d evening. We have to turn on the living hall aircon and leave the bedroom door open.

Spent 4 nights in ground floor unit. Very clean, comfortable bed and lovely water views. Ozone hotel just across the road is the place to eat but there is a good supermarket close by.. Joyleen and Rod excellent owners to deal with.

You can not beat the location of this place. Facing the sea on Kingscote terrace. A short walk to the Main Street of Kingscote and also a short walk to the Foodland for groceries. The place is immaculate. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and modern and the laundry large and functional. I parked on the street outside the unit instead of the garage but if you need undercover for your car it is here. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions immediately and they helped me out when I had to leave a day early. The only thing I would point out to would be guests: there is no oven or hot plate. There is a microwave and electric fry pan but I was so busy sight seeing I didn't need to cook.

We live on Kangaroo Island but love to stay on island for some special occasions. This booking was a real treat. Rod and Joy are wonderful hosts and the amenities are clean and have everything we needed. The sea views and central location suited us pefectly.
